“Alpha Omega was fifth on my list of crematoriums to call after my mom passed. All of these places operate the same- you call and an answering service takes your information and then passes it on to the directors, and this is where Alpha Omega showed their professionalism. Every other place I called offered "canned" condolences, and when we said that all we wanted was cremation service and nothing else, they didn't seem to really want to work with us. Alpha Omega was by far the most professional company I talked to- they didn't try to up-sell us on services we didn't want, they were very upfront about all costs and different options that we had, and were able to accommodate our needs efficiently, professionally, and with the amount of integrity you'd hope the company you entrust your loved one's remains would have.
