bought my first car from this place, immediately upon driving there was a belt squeak which realistically is not a huge deal because besides that the car drove fine. They don’t pressure you to make a fast decision which was nice but they also didn’t really seem interested in me buying a car from there. Understand it’s a used car lot and they’re sales people they will sell what they can without disclosing any major issues so all I can say is be cautious yet understanding of the fact you aren’t at a big dealership. If you’re looking for a cheap car to get you from A to B it’s a good place for that. Also carfax!!! The biggest reason i wanted my car was because the carfax told me it had only one previous owner and no major issues. They would’ve never told me/ barely even told me anything about my car until I did my own research.

I can’t say enough great things about Low Auto Sales! Justin, Eddie, Hans and Josh are 4 of the most honest and genuine people I’ve ever encountered on a car lot. So much so that I’ve bought 5 cars from them…. 3 of them being “first cars” for my 3 kiddos. They are super transparent about any issues they KNOW about a vehicle. I’ve never felt like they were trying to hide anything just to sell a car like most of the bigger lots tend to do. I never felt pressured, never felt rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience if I was hem hawing about a vehicle and just couldn’t pull the trigger. Low Auto Sales is a family owned lot, and you can sense that when you deal with these guys because I’ve driven off the lot with 5 cars every time thinking, man these guys are awesome! I highly recommend them and am actually really surprised by some of the reviews I’ve read where people state they sold cars that had known major issues. I don’t believe that for a second. These guys do their due diligence before putting cars out on the lot, and would never believe they would knowingly put a vehicle out that would be a safety hazard or have major problems. I have an immense amount of trust in any of these 4 guys and 5 cars later with 2 of my girls being extremely new drivers Is proof of that.
Justin, Eddie, Josh and Hans….. thanks for always being so great to us and being our go to car lot.

My daughter is so happy with her first car we got from Low Auto sales. The 2008 Camry is the perfect car for her and I . It's extremely reliable and was great value.

Pros: Bought from long distance. They were patient and worked with me. Vehicle was at a good price for what it was.
Cons:
I was told the vehicle was in decent shape. Yet here is a least of things that need to be replaced before I even take it to a mechanic.
1. Battery
2. Ignition Tumbler
3. Check Engine Light is on (tripping 3 codes that I know of.)
4. Wind shield trim is coming off.
5. Front Passenger Tie Rod is about to let go, (EXTREMELY DANGEROUS)
6. Front Driver Tie Rod is suspect, (but half expected at the price point)
7. Brake pedal wire is frayed and barely attached.
Stuff for a mechanic
1. Transmission is knocking, very badly in 3rd gear.
2. Tires are past expiration date.
3. Exhaust leak
4. Exhaust Manifold leak
5. Brake fluid is so dark brown it is almost black.
6. Air in brake lines.
7. Vehicle will not go into 4L
8. Front Windshield needs to be pulled, cleaned, and put back into place and resealed.
9. Rear driver spring mount is rusted through, (I was told this was not an issue). Only half the mount is holding the spring connected to the bed of the truck. (Notorious for this model but again, I was told this was not an issue.)
Total cost for the truck was $5000.
Total cost of repairs, estimated by my purchases and my very trusted mechanic, $5,900.
Luckily I planned to spend this much on the vehicle, considering I was buying it sight unseen, but they sold me a very unsafe vehicle that didn't even operate correctly, or even start. I have good knowledge of the vehicle type, having owned nothing but since 1999. With that being said, even for me, it was shocking just how unsafe the vehicle is.

My son bought a car from there a couple weeks ago - soon as he drove it off the lot, the engine light came on and and it broke down and the way home. NO GOOD

Big fan. I recently bought a used Jeep from Low. Eddie made the sale smooth and soon enough I was out the door with what I'd wanted. Sadly, the jeep developed transmission issues before I got home. I contacted Eddie that day and he quickly brought the issue up with the business owner, Justin.
Justin brought the Jeep back twice to work on the issue. Each time I was able to bring her in without problems, and Justin provided me a loaner car while the Jeep was in the shop. It took chasing a few parts around to finally squash the issue by replacing the transmission, which Justin did at no cost to me.
All told, I would certainly purchase another vehicle here if I needed one. Even with the vehicle having a serious issue, the communication and customer was excellent. They worked to make my sale right and let me know exactly what was happening at every instance.

I will only ever have good things to say about these guys. Went above and beyond. Even though we weren't able to make a deal their customer service and willingness to make sure me and my family had what we needed at the end of the day will forever solidify that in my mind the owner and staff are truly out to make sure their customers are taken care of. Thanks again.

One of the funnest and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had! It's my second time buying from Justin and wouldn't hesitate to go again!

The Subaru Outback we purchased through Low Auto Sales didn’t even make it to its first oil change. First the catalytic converter went and now I’m broken down on I5 waiting for a tow truck. Feel scammed. I’ll be calling the owner when he’s in on Tuesday.

I haven’t even had this car for 3 days and multiple lights have came on. They obviously cleared the OBDII codes. VSC, Trac Off and check engine lights are all on. I hope I didn’t get a lemon.
