This shop has been nothing but a nightmare. I’ve had to bring my Jeep back six times, spent over $8,000, and it’s still not fixed. Every single time I come in, I’m told something new is wrong, yet the original issue is never resolved. I’ve had it diagnosed three different times, and each time I get a different story from them.
At this point, it feels like I’m being strung along and taken advantage of. The lack of accountability and quality here is unbelievable. My Jeep still doesn’t run right, and I’m out thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it.
If you’re thinking about trusting this shop with your vehicle, do yourself a favor and don’t. Save your time, your money, and your sanity — go anywhere else.

I've brought two of my vehicles to them and they have always done a great job! The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and the service techs are knowledgeable about the work, always informative about the vehicles and what they are doing! I will only use the services that they provide. Very satisfied with their work!

I've been wandering around the west (started in OR) in a 1993 Ford E250 campervan (Falcon)since April. When gassing up in Sedro-Woolley I realized that gas was leaking from under the van (where vandals in OR had previously cut the line to get gas). Valvoline (have used them too and had great service) recommended a repair shop and that shop recommended Protech Automotive. All of the folks at Protech who helped me fix that problem were fabulous. The Office Manager located the part I needed and the gentleman who figured out what happened lined me up for the repair for first thing Monday. I can't thank these folks enough for helping me (and my cat, yep...I'm one of those) get back on the road. I highly recommend this shop.

Had extensive work done to my 94 F250.
Front end straight axle swap ended up being nearly 50% over original quote and took a week or two longer than estimated.
Swap caused truck to sit high in the front end which was not brought to my attention so the truck had to go back to be leveled….. at my expense which was fine but not expected.
Brake line brackets etc on rear axle were not reattached after lift.
I asked for an estimate on replacing pickup tubes in both fuel tanks, thought I was authorizing the estimate and would be scheduling the repair so was surprised when they went right into work on the fuel pickups. They do not provide written estimates beyond the initial one according to front office so beware.
Rear tank original problem came back shortly after repair and I was charged again for the same repair and fuel sending unit although sending unit was not the issue. At this point I just wanted my truck out of their custody so paid without dispute.
Truck was filthy both inside and out. They wiped the fingerprints from the exterior but used a harsh chemical on the interior door panels which dried them out and gave them a white streaky appearance.
Both my gas cap and my wheel lock were lost while in their custody. I discovered the missing wheel lock after my front tires came loose on hwy 9. Of course they offered both besides arguing despite my being stranded in the side of the road so I handled the issue myself.
I dreaded brining any complaints to them as the front office is extremely defensive and argumentative to the point that I had to have my wife deal with them to avoid conflict.
This is the first time I’ve written a negative review and would never do so for a local business if they had offered any kind of dialogue besides blame shifting.

Took my vehicle to this shop for a timing ************ pump replacement. Drove the car 18 miles and got a heavy vibration on the steering wheel.Returned the car to them, got a call from them saying the motor mount was broken, along with CV joint and belt tensioner plus other related drive train items and to repair it the cost would be nearly a thousand dollars after I had already paid out. $978.00 on their 90 day warranty the first time there. They refused to honor the warranty.The car did not have any of these drive train problems when I first took it to them.

I would give 5/5 reviews but unfortunately due to the front desk worker named Nancy you get 3/5. Let me tell you, she is definitely a Negative Nancy. From being put out that I was checking in, to her ordering the wrong part for my car 3 times, to her rudely checking us out as we were paying our bill. The mechanics are fantastic, quick and honest. Top service when it came to fixing my car and honest craftsmanship. If you ditch the front desk clerk “Nancy”, you’d have a pretty good business.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Very professional, in and out in less than 24 hours. I would suggest that they allow the mechanic who fixed the vehicle to talk to the owner about what they did and why the situation happened. This builds trust between the business and the owner.Service: Electrical
