Pharmacist&other Employees in back working at the Pharmacy are so much nicer, helpful and overall so much better at Customer Service than the Cashiers up front in the retail. They are almost rude and obvious as they blatantly follow you up&down each aisle but don't even ask if they could help you find something.

I moved my prescriptions to this riteaid because I was having problems at the one in my home town with discrimination because I am on pain meds for chronic pain EVERY time I need to pick up my refill there is a problem never when it comes to my other meds so after I get my meds today I am switching over to Walgreens where I have never had any problems with my daughters meds it's a shame that it takes them 3 hrs to fill a medication when mine should have been first on there list they are only doing this because it's a pain medication and that is discrimination.

Worst pharmacy in town I will never go here again! They are not good with communication or making sure you get what you need! The pharmacist is not very educated either. If you're looking for a good friendly fast pharmacy go to Schaffner pharmacy!

went here earlier tonight, got gatorade and a 20$ robux gift card. a man named Jevon (i don't know if that was his name i just glanced at the name tag lol and it started with a J) was the cashier and was super nice. Rite Aid is always flawless and Jevon definitely deserves a raise!!

I phoned in to see if a percription that my doctor had sent there count be filled. I was told that it was ready and waiting for me. I didn’t expect it to have been filled without my asking so that was nice. It was very easy to go in and pick it up, no waiting.

Never had issues with the pharmacy or techs there. The customer service at the front have been great. The last two women that have helped me check out have been friendly and respectful. The last employee that helped me greeted customers coming inside the store when she wasn't checking anybody out.
