Joe is probably the best owner and mechanic for trucks i have ever delt with . I have worked in the automotive industry for over twenty years and have never met anyone like joe and his wife . Both make an amazing team to make sure your taken care of. They will always have my business. Thanks . I just wreck my truck. When joe said he put my front stabilizer bar on because the one that is on there was to big well I don't have one on there with caused my truck to bounce all over the road and dented passager door I have tried to call and left message with no return. Iam so upset I paid all cash to him and feel ignored . I hope we can talk and find out the issue.

Joe took my truck right in. Diagnosed it and told me what it needed. Fixed the problem. Will be back for for an oil change soon, didn't need it yet. Very professional.

Stellar experience with Joe at rugged diesel repair. He went through my truck front to back and gave me a thorough explanation of the list of repairs I need to plan for. He was quick and got my truck in and out. Very knowledgeable about his craft, Found a great mechanic in Joe and will continue to bring my truck to him.

I wish I could give ten stars five stars just doesn't cut it the owner is one of the most nicest awesomest guy I have ever met i took my 08 cummins in for a new engine it was about a 4 month process do to shipping of the new motor and parts but he was vary promt and gave me picture updates every step of the way he never left me hanging he is a vary hard worker and I trust him with any diesel he will go the extra mile just for you I won't take my truck anywhere else I vary highly recommend rugged diesel repair thank you again...

I can’t speak highly enough about rugged diesel repair, and Joe. I brought in my rusty old 2012 Cummins and he completely transformed the truck. It was rattling down the road and nearly falling apart. With his guidance we replaced almost every steering and suspension component, and this thing is like new. As someone who just moved up to the area, It’s refreshing to meet someone I could rely on to work on my truck like it was their own. If y’all need anything done, give RDR a call.

I can't recommend Joe at Rugged Diesel Repair enough. I brought him my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax after it went into limp mode. Being a newly single Mom after getting divorced and this being my only vehicle, to say I was stressed is an under statement. Joe was very thorough and very honest with me about the all issues he found. He does a fantastic job of explaining things in a way you can understand. I really appreciated his realistic opinion on how to proceed with my truck. I can't thank him enough for his time and help. I feel very fortunate to have found him. Another diesel truck will eventually be in my future and when it does, I'll make sure to have Joe help me maintain it.His shop is pretty dang sweet, I might add. Very well organized and clean. Really nice setup.

I brought my 14 lml duramax to Joe for a fuel system upgrade and needless to say he was fantastic very friendly knowledgeable and did a very professional install when I got the truck home and inspected his work I was very impressed with the workman ship that was done it was very neat with all the new lines and wires neatly wrapped and set up beautifully definitely will be the only guy I trust to work on my truck thanks Joe

Brought a 2016 Dodge 2500 6.7 that I was looking to purchase from a local dealer. Showed up at his shop on a random Friday around 4pm and he still had no problems setting things aside for a quick look over. I did not call ahead or schedule this just did a random google search and drove there. This "quick look" was very thorough and real, better then anything I've had done at other shops. No frill, no extra maintenance. Great and professional job. Spent time with me explaining certain parts that tend to fail and maintenance things to look for in the future.His knowledge on these engines and platforms is very extensive, and you can tell he knows what works. I bought the 2500 and will be calling soon to schedule work. I recommend anyone looking for honest and professional diesel repairs give RDR a call!

I highly recommend Joe and RDR. I have a 02 Chevy Duramax I brought to joe with some issues involving my transmission and shifting. Joe not only made time for my truck, but he continued to be professional and methodical day in and day out. The work he provided was by no means an easy task. From the prior diagnosis to finish, he tracked down and made sure to diagnose intermittent issues and potential issues. Joe was honest, methodical, and very knowledgeable about every issue that was known, found and diagnosed. Joe is extremely fair and honest with his work, prices and will always take the time and go the extra miles to make sure his customers are cared for and taken care of. I highly recommend all your diesel truck needs to him and his shop. Very professional and customer oriented.
