went here earlier tonight, got gatorade and a 20$ robux gift card. a man named Jevon (i don't know if that was his name i just glanced at the name tag lol and it started with a J) was the cashier and was super nice. Rite Aid is always flawless and Jevon definitely deserves a raise!!

I scheduled a Covid vaccine quite a ways out. The night before the day of my vaccine I got a notification that my appointment was canceled. I called the next morning when they opened, and they said "sorry, you're no longer in the system". No attempt beyond that. Going online again, I have the option to reschedule for sometime in mid January, after the mandated timelines. If you are scheduling a vaccine due to a corporate mandate, and have a deadline by which to be vaccinated, be wary to schedule with this pharmacy. 12/9 Update: after following the directions from Rite Aid HR in their reply below, they just told me to go to their website and make a new appointment. There was no help offered beyond that.

My wife had one of the most professional experiences in the store, with an Asian pharmacist, my wife was in the drive through and had been in line for 25 minutes by this so she called the pharmacy to ask how much longer it was going to take a d the pharmacist laughed at her? Totally unprofessional, and she was put on a permanent hold? And I had three refills called in, and this is now six days later and there was one left to pick up?

Store is great, friendly, and clean. Pharmacy is a nightmare, i have switched over to a locally owned pharmacy but still have to use rite aid if i need something on a weekend and dam they sure make you feel unwelcome there. I dont even mind that it is incredibly slow but like i am a really friendly and respectful person and these pharmacy people are mean and angry for no reason

the service in the store its self is always great but the pharmacy is a total mess. They can not seem to get things together... I will get a text saying a med is ready for pick up then I will drive there and the pharmacy with have no idea what I am talking about. Then 5 to 10 mins after I drive away I will get a call to pick up the same medication! Sadly this happend all the time.
