AAA is great to work with! Belen is super professional and made it a wonderful client experience. She communicates really quickly and was always available to assist. Property is clean and access is easy with good security. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for AAA Secured Storage and all the staff that work there. What I know about this Security Storage is that they have a coded gate to get in, camera’s around all the units including the gate, they have staff that monitor the units all the time, it’s a clean and friendly atmosphere, you have an option to use your own lock on the unit or they can provide one for you. This location has the lowest rates around with larger units, and the best security I have ever had. I have rented several units in different locations across Washington when moving over the years and this place is the best I have rented from so far. I have tried different unit sizes since I have been with them and they have been very accommodating when I have needed to bump up to a larger unit or needed an extra one. If a unit size that you need is unavailable, you can be put on a list and they will contact you when it is available. The staff that work here are very kind and amazing. I have been working with the Office Personnel with all my needs and she has been very friendly, has awesome Customer Service skills, and has made sure that what I needed was taken care of. I look forward to coming here as I make my trips back and forth. The atmosphere here is positive and if you don’t understand something, all you have to do is ask the Office Personnel. There is an essence of team work with all the staff here and I am so glad that they have boundaries with certain types of tenants that have been here previously... If you have something that needs to be tended too, the Office Personnel will put in a work order and then they have their Maintenance Crew come out and take care of it and they do such a great job. They also have a very friendly Grounds Supervisor that helps you out anytime you’re there or if you need something on the spot, I just feel safe here. Thank you to all of the staff and especially the Office Personnel who has dealt with me the most in creating an atmosphere where I know my stored items are secure.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I set up automatic payments and checked every month on my balance and it said zero balance and all was paid. I was thrown a huge balance out of nowhere when I closed the account. I was tossed around from one person to the next. One employee fessed up and said that the same issue had happened to at least five people renting from them. They did not get back to me after months of trying to get help and an explanation. They sent me to collections. Do not rent from them! I have everything to back this up.

I did not have a problem with this storage facility until they sent me an accusatory email saying I was doing business out of my unit. This is where I house inventory for a business so my staff frequent our unit to acquire items for our various jobs. We do not have an office there nor do we have clients at the storage facility. In addition, my staff person also parked 20 feet from our unit as it was second from the end so not to block other's doors and that was deemed inappropriate. I not once received a call about the concerns, only a very impersonal email. About two months prior to this I moved into a larger unit. Despite have a credit card on file and rent being paid each month before the due date, they kept my deposit and used it as "credit" toward future rent. In addition, when I finally moved out because of their horrendous customer service, I gave the needed vacate notice of 20 days but beware because in the initial agreement they WILL NOT refund any of your last month's rent. So I vacated April 8 but had to pay for a full month. I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a paying customer. I always left everything neat and tidy, our unit was always organized, and we were always respectful of their property. This is a HORRIBLE business and I will be sure to tell anyone looking for storage not to use them.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Their unfair business practices of this company is shameful. I am a disabled veteran and have had the same rate prior to the new owners took over. I am based out of the area now and have not been able to get back to the area to empty my unit, based on their unfair business practices. I have been regularly charged a late fee starting on the 4th day of any month. Really? A three-day grace period is not even a banking processing timeframe! And, Now, out of the blue and with no notification, my rent has been raised $25 per month. Now I get to spend more money to hire help to clean out my unit as soon as possible. I am done with their unfair practices.

I have been renting a storage unit from here for over a year. They are always friendly, and the grounds are neatly kept. My property is safe inside their gated property with plenty of camera coverage. Since I have a studio apartment, it's not feasible to keep all of my property at home, so AAA Secured Self Storage gives me a great option for storing my excess at a great price!
