Shiesty company that will literally take you for everything you got. If i could give 0 stars I would. A very petty company when you confront them of their wrong doings. The staff acts friendly in the beginning because they want your money, but when something bad happens they show their true colors. They don't truly value or care for their tenants, all they care about is a paycheck. Don't trust any one of them all the way up to the top. Alyssa and Erica are very rude, will hang up on you, not trustworthy or honest whatsoever. Scott isn't understanding at all, I can see why his staff is the way they are he sets the example. This all stemmed from an apartment complex fire where they threw all of my belongings out without my permission! They will steal, cheat, and lie until they take you for all you got. Best to avoid this company, they give themselves a bad name.

They are very personable so it doesn't feel like you're having to face off against a machine anytime that you need to get into contact with them. With maintenance issues, they are very receptive to any issue you're having and respond in a timely manner to fix it

I really like working with Graph Investments. They are courteous, kind, and helpful when I have a question. My apartment is spacious, open, and clean. The company is easy to work with, and sympathetic to situations. I am very pleased to be renting here. My health has improved as well.
