Pingrey can be trusted, I have had a engine totally rebuilt and a long overdue tune on another vehicle. Our Escape needed a new engine, I cant tell you how many ways did they work with us, My Ford truck had not had a tune-up since i bought it, 5years maybe and they only replaced what was necessary to meet Ford standards (which i trust).
