Employees not willing to clean the restrooms. I was told that "I am not doing it, the manager can do it." Out on the 101 between Silverdale and Forks and can't us a restroom because an employee refuses to clean it.

Poor selection of store items, no water and only one dry squeegee out of all 6 stations for windshield, and employee was rude when I asked about where I could find them.

Gassed up, went in to use the bathroom, the employees said the bathrooms were closed as we could use the port a potty out back. My son and I couldn’t find it. It was far out back, in another businesses’ backyard and dark. The employees were not polite or helpful. Shop at the Shell station instead - bathrooms and a helpful employee!

Food case and coffee are always empty. This place has always been my go to for coffee and a quick bite but has went downhill. There are some great employees who do fill the food case and coffee but they are drowned out by the few rude employees who do not fill the coffee or food case. 3 stars because I used to work at the one in Port angeles years ago and I know how the quality was and how low it has sunk now

This evening I decided to shop with AmPm buying gas and snacks for a long overdue family vacation. While buying my snacks I overheard the cashier David say under his breath 'Must be nice'... As I paid with food stamps ?. This was SO RUDE and completely unexcusable!! I seriously couldn't believe it. Thanks guys ?

If I could give a -5 I would because my husband and I had stopped here to get gas around 2 in the morning but the guy who was working at that time was on break so couldn't get gas so we was going to use our card to get gas the guys yells at us saying he's on break and the pumps are turned off. We was on e and wasn't happy we had to go to another gas station. So this store was rude or at least the guy that was working! I think he'd have Good customer service but I guess not!

Google says they are open 24 hours, it's 3am, I stopped to get gas and all the pumps are Stopped. Employee was inside, but doors were locked and employee would not acknowledge me standing at a locked door of a business that is supposed to be Open 24 hours? Horrible customer service and false advertising that it's Open 24 hours.
