After trying multiple different rod brands I’ve finally found Batson Enterprises blanks. They’re the only rods that make it through an entire guiding season in Alaska. I’ve yet to have one break.

I cant say enough good things about this company after working with them for the past 5 years. The products are amazing, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would say they are extremely underrated as a rod company, and at this point I'd take them over any other brand.If you want a custom rod that you're dreaming up, ask them about what you want! One occasion that comes to mind, in particular, was a trout centerpin rod I wanted to put together. I gave them the approximate specs I wanted, and they came back with a recommendation. It was EXACTLY what I was imagining, and now I have 3 of them!Give this company a try for your next rod. I can promise you won't be disappointed!
