They are knowledgeable and work very well with you. Jeff communicates with you the entire time as he follows up with you to ensure no one feels forgotten or lost in the process. There are times when someone goes out of there way when you ask for both time and consideration and Mr. Bell did just that. Stayed late, communicated with us along the way. We appreciate the courtesy of Mr. Bell and his staff. Everyone was friendly . When you call the staff consistently answers the phone with a smile and a friendly hello as it resonates through the sound of their voice. The follow up is incredible and it made us feel that we were not lost or forgotten in the process. Great business Great team

Unfortunately never had the opportunity to deal with them. They obviously don't want new clients ? I walked in a couple months ago and was given a card to call back after they weren't so busy with taxes ? Ummm your a accountant is that ever gonna happen ? I called A month later because I'm having difficulties with understanding some entries in the QB online version that I switch over to from desktop and that is the sole purpose of the questions since the website of their business advertises help with QuickBooks. Well you guessed it No one returned my call. So I called again just a month ago they took the message & yep no return call ??? Won't do business there now even if they did call me :/
