Was at Harborview when they gave referral to rhis company. When I got home found the cammode to be too small. Luckily I realized that they had a store in sequim. Unable to bear weight since hip os held together by rods. I am unable to switch out produxt for a bigger size. At first they offered free delivery and swap out commode. I was willing to pay $15 dollar differece for theymonthly rental and deliver it to Port Angeles. Later... they called back and wanted to charge a delivery fee or wait until they had any other deliveries in Port Angeles. I call this bad communication and bad customer service!! Jay Blevs

Helpful, friendly, flexible, and understanding people when I was at my worst. They all made dealing with medical and bureaucratic less daunting and less stressful. I really cannot express how wonderful the people are.

My name is Steph. However, it's written differently as a joke ?.
My beautiful purple invacare mid-drive tilt was delivered today!! I named her Lila at first. Now her name is Violet. Maybe I'll name her Lila-Violet. Still up in the air on that one. She's a lot better than my old chair. Which is frankly, a nightmare of a power chair. Not your fault by any means. Happy early birthday to me!! If I could give your company more than 5 stars, I would!! I've been going to you guys since 2012. You're the best company I've dealt with. Hands down!! Thank you Ben for my new chair!!

I have been dealing with Bellevue since November - I have had to go thru Occupation Therapy to get proper documentation for a New Wheel Chair, even though I have been in the chair 24/7 for the past 10 years. Medicare is a mess!!! Mary at Bellevue in Sequim and Brittney in the Home Office, have both gone overboard to help me secure the chair I needed. Could not have asked for a better team. Was dealing with Jim's in Port Angeles and WILL never set foot in their door again. Rude, arrogant uncaring Home Health Dept.--Hooray for Bellevue Healthcare her in Sequim, WA.
