“another try, Melissa & Kevin in Customer service were personable and helpful. I had a (slightly) complicated purchase & they handled it good cheer. It was 6pm and the store was a little quiet, but got the feeling it had been crazier earlier. It's these kinds of interactions that provide a positive customer experience. The store itself is a smaller JC Penny foot print, they have clothes, stuff, and a hair salon.”
