so about a week ago i had been to the sequim wa. walmart and i had used my card there and then a few hours later i went to the port angeles, wa. walmart and when i got donei realized my card was missing. i called the sequim store and the first time i called ssome pukass guy answered the phone with " hello hello hello" then hung up. i called right back and some young lady answered and i asked her if anyone found my card and she told me just a second and put me on hold 30 minutes later i hung up and called right back again this time another young lady answered and again i asked her and she said she was gonna put me on hold i told not t0 and told her why so she left the line open as she asked others. i had to wait several days to write this because i was pissed off. not a very good way to run customer service if walmart is going to say this is ok customer service, i know several people that are refusing to go to walmart and if this keeps up, i'll be one of them. also, who is the idiot that has all cashiers go for breaak at the same time? maybe if walmart had any balls they should fire the manager because it is costing walmart lots of money. i will be sending this to both the store as well as corperate so there is no " sweeping it under the rug" someone did find my card and they turned it into my bank because they didn't trust walmart

would give a 5 star rating if the bathrooms were cleaned better and the customer service was nicer, not a single employee smiled, seems more depressing to shop here then any where else, good selection though, and good prices. would recommend still for shopping

Again, no small shopping carts to be found. I asked the man standing at the entrance for a small cart, he looked around where he was standing and said, I guess there aren't any right now. No offer to get one or to solve the problem at all. I looked at him and said, I guess I'll have to come back another day. He said, Okay, sorry. I left and when to QFC, where they always have small carts. I will now be moving my prescriptions to QFC, as well.

I get that you are trying to go completely self serve at the checkouts but give me a break. We were in the only full service line, woman in front of us had three items and we were next in line. One of your staff members literally dragged us to the other end of the store to a self service line. The person in front of us had a huge cart full of produce. She got away with scanning about 75 percent of it. Do not pull people out of line without informing them of your intentions (we thought he was opening up another line). As witnessed today it is obvious that the theft rate will skyrocket. It took us 20 additional minutes to get out of there. Will never go here again. Much better going to a couple of different stores for my shopping than to this store.

God forbid you ask an employee there if the store sells (fill in blank). I asked this 20-something employee if they had kombucha tea. She looked at me as though I was interrupting something important. And then she paused for a long time and said, "I don't know" and returned to her task. I hate to sound like the old woman, but "In my day," if we'd said that, we'd follow up with a "But let me get you someone who can help you."

I was shocked there were no checkers to ring me up at all. Evey station was lights out and closed work no one at them. I checked ever space. I have torn rotator cuff from an injury, it literally hurts me to ring myself up. I don't understand how this isn't an ADA violation.

I bought some skin lotion from Walmart in Bellingham, WA a few days ago. It didn't work well so I went to Walmart in Sequim at the Customer Relations desk. They REFUSED to give me a refund although I presented my receipt! The cashier said, "For a return for a refund, you must go to the Walmart store where you purchased the item for which you want a refund. So you will have to return to Bellingham if you want a refund." No apology at all. So I left the Walmart store immediately, never to return again. For years I have never had such a rude and negative experience at any Walmart!

Eye Care Center Customer Service Fail... we went to the vision center to ask for assistance fixing a pair of sun glasses. The associate sitting at the desk, not waiting on anyone else said she was leaving and would not be back in 30 minutes. I doubt it would have taken her the time we had the conversation to make a happy and loyal customer but instead she made the decision to alienate. I'll go elsewhere from now on. The rest of the story... we went down the road to Costco and received prompt assistance and smiles. Thank you Costco Vision Department, Sequim.

It's very interesting that just because we are not from here gives you the right to stock us as if we are animals because you don't understand where we are from when we have been born here and we have to be treated as if we're not from here

It's a super Walmart, what more can I say?? 24 hours of convenience. Lines never seem to too long. So a pretty good place to save on most things, but like always, you need to track prices on the things you buy most often :-)
