Great prices and great service! They are always friendly! I love that I can call and they let me know when I can expect my prescription to be ready. I love the text when they are ready! Very thorough! Thanks so much Sequim pharmacy, you guys are awesome!

They have saved me money more than once by recommending other options. Always friendly, sometimes slow, but had much worse experience with Walgreens.

We've used this pharmacy several times in the past few months, and there's almost always some miscommunication or other issue. It took three 70-mile round-trips to get one prescription filled. Another time, they said it was ready, but then they were out of the medication. Today, it was a "computer error". It was supposed to take 45 minutes, but now it's up to an hour and a half. Still waiting.

Don't understand the low ratings; been coming here for four years with zero problems whatsoever. For those that complain about waiting, don't wait until the last minute, especially when dealing with no refills or going thru insurance. There's more to pharmacy than putting pills in a bottle.

Never in my life have I ever used another pharmacy with as many issues with miscommunication, being out of stock of medication, saying a prescription was ready when it wasn't, just general unprofessionalism. I honestly believe that they tell you something is ready when it isn't so you can go browse the store while you wait. Avoid the Costco pharmacy like the plague (good luck if you get sick from said plague because they will be out of your medication when you go to pick it up.)

The guy with the bun on his head working in the parking lot is rude and arrogant! He was clearing carts and I asked him if I could leave my cart with him. His response, without looking up, was “no not really!” Little did he know, I recently had a shot in my back and generally the few extra steps wouldn’t have mattered but today it did. He is in the wrong line of work customer service isn’t his bag!

After waiting all day, husband went to pick up. 1 of 3 were done. The pharmacist said they were out. Husband came home. I called the clinic. They said the pharmacy should re-route the prescription. I called the pharmacy to find the weren’t out, just delayed. I guess he’ll drive back to get the rest tonight. It’s kind of too important for them to blow us off like that.

Prescription was called into pharmacy by doctor. A voicemail was left. I arrive at Costco Pharmacy and they say nothing was called in. I call doctor. Doctor confirms it was done. Pharmacy calls doctor and asks for it to be sent again. Pharmacy attempts to fill scrip then realizes they did get a voicemail earlier, but now they need to reverify again! Yet now the doctor is on lunch! So, yes it took close to two hours to get this done.

A well run bureaucracy. Stand in line. Wait your turn. Obey the rules. Be patient. They do not accept medicaid Insurance. The Good: -They send text messages when refills have been filled.-You can pay extra for delivery.-You can have pharmacy and grocery purchase combined for home delivery. (DIFICULT to set up on line)- Goodrx and Rxsaver discounts are easy- You do not need to be a member, just tell the person at the door you are going in for a pharmacy pickup.The Bad: - As with any bureaucracy, the potential for being made to feel small is present.- As with most pharmacies, there is no easy way to sit down and be in line. If you are bold enough, you can drag a chair into the line and keep moving it.- If the process upsets you, they seem to have no protocol for accommodating you.

We moved from Tigard, Oregon, to Sequim in summer of 2017. When we walked into the Costco here we were stunned! We actually were able to walk in every aisle and find everything we wanted. We were stunned because going to Tigard Costco was stressful and packed with people, along with the lines. Every employee we have talked with has been so helpful and always smiling! I love this Costco - our Portland friends are jealous!

A large thanks to Costco staff who tirelessly served the hordes thus far. Covid-19 has us all frightened. But the friendly and smiling faces of the Costco staff took some of the sting out of the long lines. Their caring and support during this time is outstanding. Thanks for understanding and exceeding all expectations. We now all have WAY too much toilet paper! But we have what we need too. Thanks. :) Thanks!!!

I lost my wedding ring in the Sequim, WA Costco. Two supervisors helped me look for it throughout the store, but we couldn't find it. I went home thinking, well, it's gone.
