Bought tires from Costco, which includes free nitrogen air fill checks and tire rotation. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous every time I go there.

They are not very understanding of the card lapses. After I was in tears they finally got my situation I don’t know if I will go back.

When I was on vacation in Discovery Bay, WA, back in Mar 2022 (I know... it's a tad over due, but hey, at least I'm getting to it LOL), I dropped by Costco in Sequim to get gas. Gas prices here were cheaper than in CA that's for sure. There weren't any lines which was nice... compared to CA, there is always a line unless it's toward closing time. I didn't get a chance to go inside this Costco, but I'm sure the look and feel is similar to Costco in CA LOL. Other than that, I don't have much more to say about this Costco. Just glad there was a Costco nearby where I was staying. Thank you for reading!

I like Costco but I really REALLY don't like how pushy they are to get an executive membership. How many times do I have to say no? One of the last times I was there, in a hurry with a small baby, a bald man named John was very aggressive. I said I wasn't interested a half dozen times but he kept asking. It was quite an unsettling experience to the point of it almost feeling like an attack.

I have a been a member at the Sequim Costco for 20 years tonight I went in through the exit to replace my lost card the guy at the entrance was screaming at me after I replaced my card I advised him as a service provider myself I never recommend my guys get hostile towards the customers and in the construction world if you scream at somebody you’re likely to get punched in the face. Then he calls his manager Mike Coffman this guy comes out with the shoulders cock back and tells me that I’m not following the rules let me remind you I went straightIn the exit to get a new card at the customer service desk I advised him that his guy was handling the situation wrong. He said you threatened my employee I again told him what I said and also if my guys acted like that towards a customer that would be the end. He remained still in his action. I was so flustered by my encounter that I grabbed a few things I could remember and headed for the cashier. As I sat there waiting to pay I decided I should talk to a manager , Well the assistant manager was the guy who confronted me and came out again with a sassy attitude and his shoulders cocked back . I will never shop here again if these are the people Costco employs and I have never been treated so poorly in my life

TLDR: don’t get a new tire puncture if you have long commutes….To start: was due to replace tires on my Forester, common enough car but nothing was available in either Sequim or Seattle store and had to be ordered online. No emergency, so fine. The tires got delivered and got placed. Great.Two-three months later one of the tires gets a puncture that apparently cannot be repaired. Nobody has this one tire in stock except some place across the country and I can’t replace all 4 at Costco because Costco still doesn’t carry anything that fits at either Sequim or Seattle store. (If it’s a different tire you have to do all 4 because AWD etc). Meanwhile I have to keep commuting 80 miles one way. To which I’m told by the Sequim Costco Tire store that I should just continue riding the donut for as long as it gets them to get the tire (they say about a week)—the donut is rated for 80 miles while I’m trying to get this done between work hours. My need to use it on longer distances while awaiting this tire from across the country is none of their concern. But wait, there’s more:They also will not take the tires back if I get all 4 replaced elsewhere with a different tire that fits!!How’s that for a return policy and customer service?

So thankful Sequim has a Costco! I'm a huge fan of Costco! I've been a member since 1989 and love the low key Costco in Sequim! It's perfect! They have optical, an optician, bakery, pharmacy and lots of the usual food, drink, electronics, etc!

The pharmacy staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. They use text messages to warn you of upcoming refill and to one know when it's ready for pickup. In six years there was never an error. Great people, great procedures.

Kirkland shortbread cookies are in!!! Get them before they get swapped up. One year some guy was going around and buying all of them. 19.99 for3 pounds of the best shortbread cookies. I like to dip them in dark chocolate with toasted nuts. They make a wonderful hostess gift. They sell out fast and just melt in your mouth they are buttery and sprinkled with a bit of sugar.

I called recently and asked about truck tires for my 2007 Ford 3/4 ton van. After struggling unsuccessfully with my question, the fellow finally said he was from "another department" and was just filling in for the regular guy. A few weeks later I called again to see if they had the tires. "No," the next guy said. Then he went silent. I have heard of soft sell, but Costco was no-sell. In a largely rural area where pickups and vans are everywhere, it amazed me that Costco had no truck tires in stock. And I was also amazed that the tire sales people I talked with seemed to have had no training. Costco continually advertises $150 off the purchase price of a set of tires, but they are less than forthright about that, as the discount is only $70 off the tires and the rest going to a vague category they call "additional member savings." What does that mean, an 80-dollar credit toward a pile of frozen chicken or a dozen cheap shirts?

My favorite store in Sequim! Awesome staff and I can always find the items I need. Plenty of parking and no long lines to check out.
