One beautiful evening this past July, a deer came up over an embankment with a steel railing and impacted our car with zero chance to react. The passenger side was heavily damaged, and we had no idea what else, but we were able to limp the car off the road. Many wonderful folks stopped to check on us, but one of the locals told us about Evergreen and we've been grateful to her ever since.
Their tow driver came very quickly (it was a Saturday and after hours), helped us to get the car back to Sequim and took us to our hastily booked motel. Our simple day trip went wrong, but we could not have asked for a better experience.
After that, it took a while to assess damage, get everything ordered and get the job done right, but the team was helpful, highly communicative, and so kind. When you're far from home (we are from the east side of Seattle essentially) and situations like this occur, it's wonderful to have a solid bunch of folks on your side. We thank them for all their hard work, and can say with confidence that our Subaru is running and looking great again. ❤️

If you are dealing with them as the AAA service provider or the collision center they are always knowledgeable, prompt and personable. Always a positive experience.

My RAV4 was hit by someone pulling away from the right side of the street. Her insurance wanted to total my car. I (and Evergreen) disagreed with their assessment. Evergreen had my car repaired and back on the road in a week. It looks brand new! Thank you, Evergreen for saving me from 5 years of car payments!

They have towed me once, repaired me twice...and I am about to have them schedule for accident repair and body work.
They are consistently kind, prompt and have always exceeded expectations.

They do great work but it takes a ridiculous amount of time to even get an estimate. They will work with your insurance company directly, which is very helpful.

I had a Allstate Claim and scheduled an inspection through Allstate. I received multiple communications reminding me of my scheduled appointment. I drove for 2hrs (round trip) only to find out they had no record of my appointment and could not help me, their next available date would be in 3 months. They blamed Allstate, when I called Allstate, they blamed Evergreen.. So everyone gets 1 star.. Evergreen definitely made me feel like they did not want my business, or maybe Allstates, not sure?

They came out to rescue me from the snow and ice, were super friendly as about it, and only charged me for the jump start, which allowed me to drive in. Then they fixed my starter the same morning. Great service!!
