Hours: Ferrellgas receives mixed reviews. The field staff and installers do a fine job, are great, and offer excellent, above & beyond service. They answer questions and give good recommendations. However, the office and account management are terrible. There are significant problems passing on messages and managing accounts, including persistent errors with basic information like phone numbers. While billing issues are resolved quickly with excellent customer service, the administrative performance is very poor.
