The absolute worst banking services we have ever experienced. The workers including managers are rude as other reviewers have already noted. The online services and in-person services do not work properly. Steer clear of this bank.

This bank is terrible. I've lived in Sequim for 30 Years and closed my account several years ago. Rude....not customer friendly. And.....the bank smells of mildew. I'm forced to go to First Federal only a couple times a year and it is always very cold, rude service...time and time again. Thumbs down on this bank. Absolutely the worst in Sequim. Now the bank I highly recommend for politeness, great customer service is Chase in Sequim. Always a smile, nice personalities of ALL representatives. Five Stars++++++. And NO, I'm not a Chase employee.

This Bank has served me well over the almost 7 years I've been in Washington. I live in Poulsbo now but keep them as my bank because of the service. Many times I've messed up my account and they have always hung in there. Keep doing what you've been doing and emphasizing the excellent customer service I always receive. Thank you!

First of all, First Federal is a terrible bank. I've been with this bank since I was about 12 when I first opened a savings account. They were great up until they took OVER A MONTH to ship me a new debit card that I had lost. I was away from home and could not pick up a temporary card. They lost my first card in the mail and made me pay for express shipping for the next one. The first card took 3 weeks to tell me they lost it in the mail, the second one that I paid $30 for (which I shouldn't have, since they lost it) took over 9 days to get to me. I paid $30 to have it shipped to me in 5-7 days as I was moving out and couldn't wait longer than that (which I had to because the card didn't arrive on time). After that debacle, and not having access to a debit card for over a month while away from home, I no longer want to be a customer to this bank. I also want my $30 back. I never write bad reviews or any reviews at all, but this bank sucks! Give me my money back! I'm a broke college student! Also, terrible costumer service, every time I called, either too busy of a line, or over an hour of a wait to talk to a costumer representative- not someone who actually works at the bank... anyways, I don't recommend this bank to anyone, goodbye First Federal, you stink and I hope you don't get any new costumers to f over like you did to me. I hate to be rude but this bank is absolutely the worst.

1 star because appointments cannot be made on Saturdays, only on weekdays, which works great for retired people but not for people who work Monday through Friday. I was also told it would take 45 minutes to add my name to my husband's established account. So that's 45 minutes on top of waiting because an appointment can't be made ahead of time. Inefficient service and a total joke, like most businesses in Sequim!

I like supporting our local businesses however sometimes FF seems to have so many regulations it makes it hard to work with them.

Yeah I liked this bank Google's time it opens though is messed up saying 7 when they don't open until 9 but whatever I guess really helpful when you drive in to cash a check because your out of money and they don't even open for another 2 hours real appreciated

Super helpful team! Very professional and fast tellers. Management has a friendly and efficient group of tellers and bankers. They're always present at community events too! By far the happiest branch around.

One of the lady's working at this Branch totally failed to put the amount of money I had ask, out of my check into my account. After I had explained it three times to her. Luckily I checked online before spending all my cash, otherwise I wouldn't have had gas for work this week.
