My haircut took 5 minutes, and they wanted more to trim my mustache, so I was afraid to ask about my eyebrows. First place I've been where they wanted more for trimming facial hair.

Checked in online and was taken back as soon as I arrived.
Kylie asked the right questionson how I wanted my cut. She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. She let me just relax as she cut my hair.
Location was clean and all the staff were professional and friendly.

Dont go if your young, I got the shortest layers and the most amount of bangs today that I never wanted. I wanted what I had cleaned up. My hair got hacked off. Im sad that I wont have long hair when I get married. I thought I was getting an inch off and now have 5 inch pieces of layers everywhere that I cant fit in a hair tie my bangs wont either. She talked the whole time while she cut, didn't listen to what I asked for and gave me the old lady special.

If I could leave 0 I would. Every customer that came in she was short and rude and just kept saying “do you see the wait”. Then we show a photo for inspiration and she says so you don’t want a 2. I said no we want something like the photo. Then she proceeds to do like a high and tight style. cutting off way to much curl and so high. She asked is that ok. I said not really. It looks nothing like the photo and isn’t blended at all. But nothing that can be done now till it grows back. She just said oh and kept smacking her gum. I am regretting even leaving a tip as I write this. Never again.
