Really super good people here that run the joint. And if you're being sincere they'll work with you. Just bottom line good people good place you know it's old but it's still a good motel. Five stars baby!

Outstanding place! Clean rooms, convenient location, and an unbeatable price. Was only staying one night on my way to a campground, but otherwise would have happily stayed longer.

I was looking for a safe, clean, reasonably priced room to stay in while working in Port Angeles. This motel was just a 23 minute drive down the road. The owner takes extra care with the simple rooms to make their guest's stay comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful, shower was warm. I'll be back!

A pleasant stay and friendly staff. Worth every penny compared to prices for stays around this place. Booked this places since Forks and Angeles were booked and I was visiting the Olympic National Park. It's less than an hour's drive to the North Gate and if you are looking just to stay the night and spend the day outdoors, this is a very good pick. The rooms are small but has got all the necessities. I would stay again without a second thought. (Had a nice antique touch too with an old telephone!)

Very friendly employees, the rooms were decent. The beds were fairly comfortable and things were pretty clean. The shower took a bit to warm up and the water pressure wasn’t great, but other than that everything was good. We would stay here again if we were passing through.

I had such a pleasant stay here the other night. Such great hospitality. This family goes the extra mile in taking care of their guests, and they have renewed the facilities so nicely. It's conveniently located on the main road, close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and the national park (Olympic) is nearby as well.

Filthy. Sheets were dirty and had weird black sports. We found old nail extensions on the floor. Everything else was mucky. Do not recommend!

Wifi network did not work entire stay. Had 8 different SSID's with one password, I was able to connect to them all but none provided internet access. Bar of soap in package was smashed to pieces. Plug on side of room (power strip) did not work so 2 out 3 lamps would not turn on nor could I charge anything on that side of the room/bed. No spoons or stir stick provided for the coffee. Nobody in office after 9PM or before I checked out to rectify anything. Bottom of the barrel experience.

Stayed here in December. Quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel. Nicely furnished with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, extra bedding, and cute little table and chairs. It is an older but nicely updated hotel. Priced fairly as such. It's family owned and operated. I found them very professional and friendly. I will recommend my family to stay here when they visit the area in the summer.Rooms: Comfortable clean bed, bedding, and pillows. Even had 2extra pillows and a extra warm blanket available. Spacious enough with breakfast table and small kitchen appliances. Perfect for my needs.Safety: Definitely felt safe here.

I booked a one night stay but at the last minute I had to cancel due to a situation I needed to get back home to immediately. The staff were so gracious, friendly and professional. They didn’t charge me a dime for canceling either. I will be coming to Sequim several times in the upcoming year and I am looking forward to staying here!

Stayed here two nights. Got some type of bug bite all over my body, woke up with hot welts everywhere as I am really allergic to bug bites. Had to take a ton of Benadryl. I’ve never experienced anything this severe. Twelve hours after I’ve left, I still have bug bites everywhere. No response from the owner when I called to report this. Not fun or safe since I was solo traveling with my one-year-old who luckily slept in multiple onesies and only got a couple bites. The shower took forever to heat up, the heater didn’t heat the bathroom, so it was miserable trying to rinse off for some relief from said bug bites.Besides the bugs, the room had not been cleaned: dust and dirt under the bed, beard trimmings in bathroom, some kind of dried drippings on the floor, hairs about. Totally lit up at night from street lights and appliances in the room. Loud buzzing refrigerator.I have a very high tolerance for rustic accommodations, we have been road-tripping and staying at budget motels in this region for about six weeks and I’ve stayed at numerous hostels. This was absolutely miserable.

Good location, extremely friendly owners, and currently doing improvements. It's definitely an older building, with upgrades needed. When my dad picked me up, he mentioned how small the room was and that his room at a different motel was much larger. I thought my room was a great size for what I needed. The TV had cable, and was not a Smart TV, which was a bummer, but not exactly necessary. The bed was decent. The bathroom was just okay, with outdated fixtures and very little water pressure, but the hot water was really nice. The curtains on the windows were kinda thin, but weren't an issue as I brought my eye mask. The a/c worked well, and I used the fan mode throughout the night. When I stay at places, I need 3 things out of it: Comfortable bed, cleanliness, and overall safety. Most of my traveling is solo, so safety is very important to me. Never once did I feel unsafe here. The parking lot lights are nice and bright. The door is pretty heavy with a deadbolt (I wish it also had a latch, but it's okay). There are bars on the bathroom window outside which was great so I could have the window open while I slept. The bed was super bouncy, but somewhat comfortable. Not like amazingly comfortable, but certainly not bad enough to not be able to sleep.I think where this room missed its mark was in cleanliness. The floor needed to be mopped. I'm sorry owners, but I had to dampen one of the towels to wipe the floor, because my feet got filthy right after my first shower here. The top blanket had questionable brown stains on it. All the pillows were covered with stains I'm assuming from people's sleep drool. Everywhere else was clean, though. The bathroom, sheets, pillow cases, mattress, refrigerator, etc.I had booked my stay on Friday afternoon, about 24 hours before check in. I was on a very tight schedule, and this was the cheapest place for the days I needed right in town. I just missed the high season, so my rate was great for what I got. I wouldn't pay for a higher rate than that, though.Would I stay here again? For sure. I look forward to see whatever else the owners will work on. The parking lot was being worked on when I left, and was already looking better.
