In 2020 I rushed my 3 year old tabby cat Albus to them and found he needed emergency services. They didn't talk about payment right then as we discussed surgery. I then went to the front to pay the $30 copay and then a friend wired them $866 of his $1386 bill hat same day and we and set up a payment plan.
2 months later same problem and tho Greywolf was full with emergency cases they referred me to Olympic Vet in PA who I am sad to say we're not great as Greywolf. Olympic nearly turned us away cause of the ongoing payment plan with Grewolf. In the end Albus had to be sadly euthanized.
I really wish Greywolf had been the ones to assist Albie over the rainbow bridge because they are so kind and caring. Dr. Tyler was his usual vet. And the staff sent me flowers and lovely sympathy card after they were informed of Albus passing. They go above and beyond for their patients.
I finished paying the bill off 3 months after his passing. I wish I still lived in Sequim cause they'd be the only vet I'd use for my now 4 kitties: Primrose, Maggie, Jack and Huey.

I have been going here for 10 years now and am very satisfied with my experiences here. They have saved my cats, dogs, and at one point my poultry as well. More recently I had an emergency with one of my dogs. I was in quite a limited situation during my emergency and am forever thankful for their willingness to work with me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I would not have my very important companion if it wasn't for them.

Dr Rose is amazing! Our dog HATES going to the vet…literally. He snarls, growls and tries to bite. I was always afraid for the staff, but by the end of our appointment, Dr Rose had our dog eating out of her hand and he even had the muzzle off his face. I would not have believed that this was the same dog had I not seen it myself! We love Dr Rose and are so thankful for her patience, kindness and attention to our dog!

Wonderful! Everyone there was so nice and helpful and kind. I was so worried and stressed with my pups situation and left feeling so relieved after receiving Dr DiMugno’s care. I am so thankful for her care.

Amazing people ❤️ I will never go to a different vet as long as I live in the area.
When we were trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog she called me after hours and spent 45 minutes on the phone with me. They care about you and your pet.

We live 32 miles away from Greywolf, so the fact that we're willing to make the effort over time & distance to have THIS hospital treat our precious canine family, should speak volumes. They are simply the BEST. Communication, timeliness of appointments, diagnosis, treatment, aftercare...our experience over many years with Greywolf has been no less than spot-on.
Dr. Rose also sees exotic animals, of which we have a tortoise and birds. It's been a one-top veterinary hospital for us.
We trust Dr. Tyler & his staff completely.

Wonderful vet. Lily loves everyone. They are very attentive. Never feel rushed or pushed. Shockingly on schedule.
Update: unfortunately the practice was sold to NVA, and prices rose dramatically while pushing pet insurance :/ revised my stars from 5 to 2 because staff is still attentive

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, which was awesome because I was visiting the area, not a local. Their office was very nice and their staff excellent. The vet who tended to my dog explained everything and was very attentive. Thank you!!!
