“We had a great experience at the Sequim store. We bought a new lawnmower with help from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, we had return it, almost immediately because of a good sized oil leak. We were able to return it, and get a new, more expensive model, at a good price. It was a very stressful experience that could have been much, much worse. But the staff and management went out if their way to make things right. I highly recommend this Home Depot.”

“It's a Home Depot, so you sort of know what to expect when you walk in the door. I don't think that in general they do great, but well enough. This location does a bit better than others. Their employees seems to care a bit more, have a bit more knowledge, or at least something more than the normal HD store employee. Been very pleased with my trips here.”
