The owner, Alex, is very nice and was helpful getting our E-150 campervan in running and healthy condition for us to take to arizona on a road trip. A year later, my boyfriend went to school to be a automotive tech inspired by alex. Come to find out, he took our Air conditioning compressor and replaced it with a pulley that only a mechanic would know how to do. I know this because the ac was there and had not been tampered with before then and we specifically wanted it to be fixed for our trip to THE DESERT. The AC was retrofitted to use the refrigerant R134A in replace of the OEM R12 from the factory for environmental reasons in 2006. All the components except the $150 AC compressor are there although this means nothing because it will now need to be completely redone due to dust, dirt and especially moisture getting in the AC lines. The van runs great and he technically did what we asked him to do, we just don't have air conditioning in the desert which is pretty irritating after trusting him with our vehicle. Super nice guy, just be cautious that he doesn't steal your car parts. I wish this was just an accusation however i'm certain it was him because he was the only person who has been under that hood, except my boyfriend, in the last 7 years and before then it FOR SURE had AC.

My daughter and went from Seattle to sequim to visit family. My car started to vibrate in the front wheels. We stopped at integrity auto and asked them if they could just look at it to make sure it wasn't serious. Well it urged out that our upper and lower bearings were worn and a wheel could fall off. Noah the main owner personally took care of our car after hours even though he had worked all day. He was so professional and could of charged us so much more than he did. He even changed our front brakes while he had everything apart. This shop rocks hard. Highly recommend anyone to feel great about going there to get your vehicle worked on. Thanks again Noah Eric and daughter

I had Integraty auto replace the engine in my work truck. I was up sold to a Jasper engine. After driving it for a week I had to add a quart of oil every few days. I brought it in and was told they don’t see any leaking and the truck doesn’t smoke so they didn’t know. I was told to keep track of how often I was putting oil in and come back. I did and I was told they still don’t see anything and Jaspers wouldn’t cover warranty work unless we knew what was wrong. I’m not a mechanic that’s why I paid them to do it. The owner told me his partner was the one who did the work and he had left and had been doing poor work. There were hoses left off, bolts missing, the seal from the hood to the body was laying across the motor, just really poor work. They do not stand by there work and I don’t blame them it was awful. I have only been able to use the truck for short jobs.

My work truck was in dier need of repair transmission exhaust tune up and a few other things. He beat the price of competition by $1,000 easy and haven't had a problem since. He has earned my complete trust and will be bringing the company and our private vehicles here for sure.

I trust this business for all of my vehicle maintenance issues. Service is professional, fair, and honest. You have to make an appointment but it is definitely worth it! When Alex says he will get it done, it gets done.

This was the worst experience I have had being new to the area and looking for a reliable shop. I had a new engine installed and it is running worse then when the old engine. The mechanic had me drop off my truck and I had rented a car while the work was being performed. He said he could get started on it and when the engine comes it would be ready for install. I drove by the shop everyday on my way to work. My truck never moved for 5 days. That was 5 days of car rental that I didn't need to do. The truck was misfiring when I picked it up and had to fix it myself. There were things left disconnected and the AC wasn't recharged. The AC worked great before the job and doesn't work at all now. I also noticed that my torque converter cover is broken. Not happy. Going to get another shop to make it run like it has a new engine.

Foul mouth, and likes to go on racist tirades about non-white people. Do not take your vehicle there unless you want to have it smelling of cigarette smoke and poorly repaired when you get it back.

Late, criticized us for being their when told our vehicle would be done. Very rude and unprofessional. Car came back with parts he put in to fix. Gave date to fix, and didn't open that day.

Spoke with Alex on the phone for about 5 minutes. He gave me some good advice and is clearly not just after your money.

Absolutely great experience. Alex was very honest and straightforward. My brakes were changes and ready in less than two hours. I'll be a customer here for as long as he is open for business.

My family has been going here for four years since this place opened. We read about the business in the local paper and always want to support our community. Today we got both of our cats oils changed. I went in to pay and pick up and the owner was very chatty. We were talking about cars and he was telling my about this car he built for his wife. I asked him what he did with the car (he made it sound like this was some time ago) He said I sold it to some black guys. (I immediately start thhinking this is gonna go south quickly since race is irrelevant to the sale of a car). He's taking the car down off the rack and pauses his story. The car comes down and after it's down he jumps back into the story and says "when I say these people were black they were black! They were n****rs." My jaw drops and I turn around and walk away for a second. He shouts "what?!?" and I turn around and say "You can't say that". He says "what I'm trying to get across that they were like gangsters". I said I'm done ring me up. The next 5-10 mins were super awkward but I'm sure he knew he lost a customer. I can't support a business that feels its ok to be flippantly racist to customers. Will never do business here again.

We had a major issue with our new used truck after we installed a complete tune package in our own shop. We had heard about Integrity Automotive from our customers and decided to see if they could find this deep engine running issue.
