Went to the Auburn showroom today, the worse customer service I’ve ever received, ever. A employee by the name of Mary booked the appointment yesterday, took the plumbers name, knew he had not purchased from Keller in 6 years, with very good reason. Yet, yesterday Mary took the appointment.

My hot water re circle pump died and I went into kellers to get a new one, of course is was discontinued and the new one was 350 and needed to be soldered in. The person that waited on me said hold I may have an impeller that will work. He gave it to me and like magic or did. Can't say enough good. It made my day, week etc. Highly recommend

It is not often that I find myself in a situation that I feel that I must remark about the customer service that I receive however this is one of those times. I recently went into Keller Supply in Sequim, Washington looking for help in replacing a bathroom faucet. Not only did I get my questions answered, but it was done in a kind and professional manner that is hard to find in today's retail industry. If I were to recommend a place for great service and professional staff, Keller Supply in Sequim is that place. Thanks for all of your help guys.
