They are very friendly in this shop, and they don't listen to what these customer wants. I asked for poly as my own natural nails were getting stronger from the poly treatment prior. The guy in the shop insisted that the nails Must come off. He cut them VERY short and proceeded to put acrylic nails on them. Not what I asked for. He then kept telling me to relax, I might hand been able to if he hadn't just removed my natural nails!! Thankfully they look nice, they are just not what I wanted.

Love this place they do a great job every time! My nails last look great and are applied quickly. I have been using them for over a year and have enjoyed how easy it is to get an appointment often the same day

I have been going regularly to Kim's for many years and they do a great job. They always fit me in if I stop by and my nails not only look fantastic but last beautifully.

Went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Friendly, funny people. Very convenient, good selection of colors. I wouldn't say it's the best but, it's definitely not the worst services I've ever had. I will be going back to support this local business.

Me and my mom when here today and we walked in this house and and they are pulling and when me and my mom walk in and she said short and she said when my mom said I need more short she was like no no no and my nail are not even done

Went in to repair one nail. The product I had on should be filed off then soaked if needed. The nail was broken down to short length but the product was still on my nail bed VERY securely. I asked her to file off then soak if needed but she insisted on prying it off which was painful. I asked her not to pry off and she insisted. She then said "you do it, hurts less". The repair of the nail and reapplying of gel product went well and looks very nice to match my other nails but she was rude and insistent and didn't listen to my request....plus it hurt. Manicures shouldn't be stressful. Stay away.

Owners are SEAHAWKS fans and we had a great time watching the playoff game against the Niners with them. They made us laugh and feel like we were guests in their home. They even fixed my nail before we left town!

Most of there nail polish is expired they don't clean there equipment neither did you know that there supposed to use a brand new nail file on you every time not re use... yeah..... I just learned that also the shop isn't clean up to the standards it's supposed to be they don't lie about there prices as far as I am aware but my husband can do a better job for free they never put on enough nail polish once it comes to the cat eye and color changing ones and if you show up with rhinestones on ur nails they talk s*** about you so Iv come to find out so that's cool don't go here it isn't worth the risk because they don't clean there stuff witch means you could get an blood born pathogen passed to you or fungus or a bacterial infection
