When a third party credit card payment erroneously came out of the wrong Kitsap Bank account and overdrew that account, Kitsap recognized the abnormal activity and immediately called us to resolve the problem. They went out of their way to make everything right. Kudos!

Coming from CA, finding this bank was a breath of fresh air. All the tellers are wonderful, kind and personable. Kitsap Bank has customer service down. I'll never bank with a large bank again. We have a large company and have never had an issue with anything.

Reasons:- setting up account took 3 hours- account policies poorly explained by banker- hidden, verbally undisclosed fees- multiple experiences with bank that left me thinking that they were protecting my money from me under the disguise of “maximum security”.My experience with this bank only furthered my conviction in Defi……. Back to a credit union for now.Lynda at the Port Townsend location gets 5 stars for service.

Do not use this bank to manage large accounts payable upon death.POD accounts are supposed to be legally simple to avoid probate and will management.This bank struggles to manage POD accounts. While we are grieving the loss of a loved one, we are left confused as we ask the bank to release funds to benefactors.Both the manager, Karl, and the regional manager, Tammy, have been claiming to "dot their i's and cross their t's" for the last 45 days. No information on a timeline. No information about a reason for a delay.It is not supposed to be this difficult and opaque.

They are putting a machine for teller that did that a port angels one the worst thing ever !!!!! I quit going there to go to Sequim branch now there putting one in!!! Have to look fr a real bank and real tellers
