Got top notch fast and friendly service, wheeled in because my tire sensor was saying my tire was low, got my car back right away, got the screw out, patched me up and we were back on the road in less than 20 minutes.

They took great care of me with an e-brake malfunction that was barely under warranty. They managed to get a supplier to cover all associated parts, which was not a slam dunk. Super appreciative and will stay loyal to this shop for certain.

I took our vehicle in to have the Brakes Checked and to have the Tires Rotated. The job was completed in less than 30 minutes at No Charge. I call this Excellent Service. Thank You. John Christian

Everyone was nice, but every time I visit Les Schwab, it seems like the technicians don't know what they're doing. My car suddenly wouldn't start. After wiggling the battery cables around it started. Went straight to Les Schwab because the auto shops in town were already closed. Car wouldn't start again on arrival. I explained what happened, they said it could be a number of things but that they were happy to check it out. Again, nice of them. Technician says I likely blew my battery trying to jump start it, then says he can jump start it to get it into the shop, and swap a new battery for $200 plus. We already determined jump starting doesn't work for this problem so not sure where that logic came from. I asked to let me show him what I mean, I wiggled the cable, power went back on, car started. He still said all he can do is sell me a new battery. I asked, any shops in town you recommend for tomorrow because I'm pretty sure it's not the battery. Best part of the visit was that he told me about A-1 Auto Parts down the street. The guy there took a look under my hood, swapped a cable, and got my car running in about ten minutes for $17.

On our trip to north west most point, which was more than 200 miles from our hotel in Seattle, we noticed one of our car tire pressure was low. We went to Les Scwab Tire Center and explained our problem. Staff at the reception as well as the technician were very helpful. They inspected all tires and removed two nails from one tire and fixed the problem. Thanks a lot, Team Les Schwab, your service could be a life saving for a family. Great work and that too all free of charge!!!

Outstanding Service During Our Road Trip Emergency!
We were on a road trip when we discovered not one, but two nails in our tire. Thankfully, we found Les Schwab Tire Center in Sequim, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They quickly assessed the damage, explained the situation clearly, and got right to work.
The service was not only fast and efficient, but also incredibly reassuring. It’s rare these days to find such a knowledgeable team that treats you with care and integrity—especially when you’re traveling and far from home. Thanks to them, we were safely back on the road in no time.
We are so grateful for their top-notch service and highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tire help. Thank you, Les Schwab Sequim team—you truly went above and beyond!

I dropped in because I was worried about my tire pressure and they immediately helped me with no charge and were very nice and helpful. Now I’m going to go back and get my tires rotated. Good company I have always had a good experience with them.

In preparation to haul a trailer back to my property I was previously informed my rear brakes needed serviced.
I called to arrange the work. The gentleman on the phone said to just come in. I didn’t want to wait forever and asked if I could set up an appointment. He said sir and asked my name in which I gave. He never asked for a number or my vehicle info.
After requesting the time off of work to get the service done I arrived at my scheduled appointment time to find out I didn’t have a scheduled appointment at all. The person running the counter could care less the situation the business put me in. So I had to wait for all the actually scheduled appointments were serviced against why I arranged the appointment. They then informed me they have to do an inspection to see if they need to order parts. Meaning that even after waiting they wouldn’t be able to remedy the issue on time for me to get my trailer. None of this process was explained by the gentleman over the phone. I never would have booked the appointment if they weren’t able to service same day. Waste of my time.
