Mattress Firm in Sequim, WA. Today is Saturday 10/04/25; SALE DAY at MATTRESS FIRM! We knew very little about these “ mattresses in a box”. However with RICK giving us “heads up” information about their sales on Saturday we returned today for a Q & A session. We gained a lot of information from Carlos via cellphone. Today we went to the store to try out some of his suggested mattresses. He was busy with another customer so we were immediately welcomed by Marguerite, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. She showed us how the vertically displayed models can be swiveled down to horizontal for testing out! She explained differences, similarities, answered our thousands of questions! We left the store with a “mattress in a box” packed in the cargo area of our car. At home with our new mattress the “switch out” from old to new was super easy! Thank you RICK, CARLOS, and MARGUERITE. WE’re giving you each FIVE 5 BRIGHT GOLD STARS!

The only issue I had was the sales rep didn’t ask the person what their budget was on first assessment and took them to very pricey mattresses. WAY above her budget. You should ALWAYS assess budget first. Other than that every time I have visited this store I have had decent customer service and walked out with exactly what I needed. I have bought beds for numerous people through this company. From purchase to delivery the experience is always wonderful.

My wife and I had a very nice experience today shopping for a new mattress. Margarette was very warm and friendly to us and also very helpful! We ended up getting a mattress that was $400 off that met our needs. We are very excited to get better sleep! 😊

Great visit! It may have taken a long time but Rick the one and only associate this weekend, after having a power outage in the store the night before, and thus computer issues over the weekend, held it together with kindness and great customer service!
Rick made connection with every customer that came in and stayed in touch to let them know where he was in being and to help them! Great job Rick! Great job Mattress Firm!❤️
