Only been here since December 8th of 2023 but management was very helpful & polite,it seems pretty quiet for the most part.I haven't lived in town or an apartment in 40 yrs so this will take time for me and my fur baby to get used to.

I would not recommend anyone moving into these apartments. Way to much drug activity

Had to visit a client here and these apts are Old and dilapidated. Carpet was from the 60's or 70's. Tiny tiny kitchen, size of an average bathroom. But, better than homelessness for those struggling to make ends meet for sure!

If I could give Mt View court a 0 star rating, I would. Mt view court Apartments and management are both terrible. Currently, the maintenance man is the only good thing about these Apartments. The buildings are falling apart, the drug use on property is staggering, we've found needles on the premises and we have small children. As soon as we can afford to move, we will. Sequim rent is so unaffordable at the moment. I don't recommend anyone move into these Apartments.

New ownership is cold and tough. Not much for working with anyone there straight forward and do not give any sympathy nor care. Due to misplacement or forgetfulness of important paperwork caused to children under the age of five to lose their home the owners were in refusal to admit or accept mistake

Mt. View Court Apts is a 72 unit low-income apt complex in Sequim, WA. They are 2 bedroom, 1 bath units. There's a total of 3 laundry rooms with 3 washers and 3 dryers in each laundry room...you do have to pay to operate each machine.Your rent is based on your income and water/sewer/garbage is included in the rent. The occupancy standard is 2-5 person's per unit and it is a family complex so children are very much welcomed here! They also have 4 ADA Wheelchair accessible units. There are 8 units per building with 4 upstairs and 4 downstairs. The upstairs units have a partially covered balcony and the downstairs units have a fully covered patio. The apts are in a nice part of town, within walking distance to shopping, banking, several pharmacies and also a wonderful vet office which is Sequim Animal Hospital!
