Mountainside Mail is a business known for its outstanding and above-and-beyond customer service. Reviews consistently praise the staff as super friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, incredibly nice, and very helpful. They are described as going out of their way to assist, including carefully measuring and packing items to ensure safe arrival, even staying open past closing time to help customers. The business provides a full range of mailing supplies, with boxes, tape, scissors, labels, and packing materials available, plus a table for self-wrapping. This exceptional care and efficiency, where staff make customers feel welcome and turn stressful situations around, sets Mountainside Mail apart. The wonderful Farah here saved me so much money and got my niece’s birthday present across the country in time! Plus, they have an adorable gift shop with lots of local items.
