Olympic Spa was incredible from first email to orientation. We worked with Carl who followed up immediately. He was informative, not pushy, and guided us to the perfect tub. As a fitness trainer, recovery is very important. After one week, I sleep and recover quicker. The service is beyond other retailers. We can text Carl even after our purchase and he’s right there to help. We are thrilled with our hot spring tub!

Matthew took great care of us from the minute we walked into the showroom until well after our hot tub was installed. It had been about 20-years since we purchased our last hot tub, and we had some pretty specific questions for him. Matthew even came to our home a couple of times to help us with some setup issues.
Everything is now working perfectly — we are incredibly happy with our purchase!

We couldn't be happier with our tub and the service we received from Matthew and the whole team! It was a quick and painless process, and they went above and beyond to make sure we made the perfect purchase. The saltwater system is so simple and the Grandee is an incredible hot tub. Matthew has been super responsive with all my follow up questions, and he also has a collection of Lord of the Rings rubber duckies that my kids are obsessed with so there is that fun perk that causes my kids to ask to stop in whenever we are nearby to see how the collection has expanded. I very highly recommend buying your tub from Matthew!

We absolutely love our new hot tub! It was a little daunting at first but thanks to Carl we are up and running with confidence! Carl really cares for his customers and that doesn’t end once the sale is done. He makes it a point to let you know he is there to help every step of the way, then actually follows through with that! He is very knowledgeable, he listens and understands, he meets you where you are to help solve any challenges or concerns you may have with your hot tub. Very helpful in helping me correct the water in my hot tub after forgetting to put in a new chlorine cartridge before I went on vacation. Came home to cloudy, stinky water. It is nice to be able to talk to someone in the know. He was very professional, and polite.
