I couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was great from the moment I drove onto the lot and all the way up to delivery!
Jim Louthan, our salesman, was a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect towable for our needs! His knowledge and ability to listen to our needs really made us feel comfortable!
Jason, the Sales Manager/Business Manager, was also amazing to work with. Having previous dealership experience myself made me appreciate his straightforward style.
Finally, our delivery presentation was performed by Brian. He did an excellent job answering all of our questions and even helped with a last-minute battery upgrade. Often, technicians prefer not to deal with customers directly, which is fine, but Brian really had the ability to listen and answer questions in a way that was understandable for a newbie!
I want to thank everyone who was involved, including the detailer and service department. You all deserve a raise!

The service text s were phenomenal. The guys out in service were amazing and fixing last minute details on my used trailer and making sure I understood every aspect and component that I needed to know before I drove off safely.

I had a fantastic experience at RV Country in Sequim! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me with fixing my trailer lights! Their expertise and dedication to service truly made my day. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to stop by. I can't recommend them enough for any RV needs. Great RV stop. I was just checking out parts and had an experience not seen often. It was one of those nasty hot days in July. Kristen asked if she could get me water AND I was holding my fur baby and she came back with water for him. I was/am impressed. Great service.

If you receive this review for a second time I apologize. I believe I sent it but I find no trace of when and where.
Our original contact with RV Country occurred an hour or so away from our home at a mall parking lot sale. Our salesperson was quite good and the finance individual that we encountered was also. When we returned to pick up the 24 foot class C RV and receive our scheduled orientation, the amount of information we received was dismally lacking.
We returned home, scoured the literature we were given and perused YouTube before we took our maiden voyage. By the time our trip was over 7 or 8 days later, we were frustrated and wondering if we had made a mistake by making this expensive purchase.
A couple of days later we went to the local RV Country in Sequim and were greeted by two very pleasant employees. We set up an appointment for the following day to go over a list of almost 20 questions with a gentleman who was there.
The next day, Mike Orris, answered all of our questions and many more that came up during conversation. He is very well informed and exceptionally pleasant. He even offered to answer more questions if we needed to ask them at a future date.
We consider ourselves exceptionally fortunate to have made Mike Orris's acquaintance while he is in our area troubleshooting. Kudos to your company for having him as part of your staff!

I was traveling in the northwest and my heater thermostat broke and RV Country was able to find a replacement. Get the part and fix it within a short period of time, getting me back on the road and being warm. Your staff is awesome in the Sequim office.

The parts department is amazing people. Their efforts to find me a right part superb although when some manufacturers get bought out the numbers don't match up !
So what they done for me was truly heart felt ! They found the same part and gave it to me at no cost ! Thank you guys
