My first C-PAP machine, so I had a lot to learn. Thankfully, Julia was patient and thorough, explaining fully how to use and maintain my machine. Done with simple, easy to follow instructions. Thanks for the great, friendly service.

The billing department is horrendous. I called two different numbers to pay a final bill and close all future charges, I received two different amounts from the accountants that was different from the printed bill mailed. I arrived in the Sequim WA branch to attain and pay final bill. I was given a printed copy of zero balance/account closure. I received another bill five months later for supplies not received. This has been a constant pattern for two years.

Things went very well for me. My old CPAP machine failed. I went to Performance Home Medical. I was guided by Julia. She walked me through getting the new machine up and running. The entire procedure was thorough and covered all my questions. I can recommend PHM to anyone who needs these services.

I am new with cpap. Only used once. I took it off after 3hr 21 minutes. It was leaking so bad my eyes were dried out. I talk with 1 of your customer service people. She was unable to answer what I thought was a common issue. She told me the exact opposite as the gal I had an appointment with yesterday. Then said someone would call asap. I missed bank appointment, lunch with daughter and grocery shopping. Total of 3 hrs. I called back wait time 8 minutes, ?You need to train and hire more people. I got off to a very horrible start. I refuse to spend the rest of my life waiting on your terrible customer service. I will look for different co. in the future. Shame on you.

I have been using this company for my CPAP supplies for the last 3 years. This last order took 18 days to arrive and was not complete. Supposedly, these supplies need to be replaced on a certain schedule. Don't plan on that if you use this company. The shipping takes forever and you will not receive all the items. Then you will have to go to the local office to pick up the missing supplies. I have to do this every time. Don't expect an apology because you will not receive one from Linda.

I have now spoken to 3 “sleep coaches”in the past week. 2 of the 3 informed me about being on a recorded line, as if this was meant to itimidate or actually use for training purposes. I received my last order late, due to some snafu with my order?? Not the first time. I’ve become very good at using my masks well beyond the recommended month so no, I do not need any. The “coaches” have no knowledge to help with issues, only create revenue stream by taking orders. Customer service…it’s a fictional number you call to die waiting on hold, my last was 45 minutes and gave up and used their call back option. Never happened. I have a defective water chamber. It doesn’t fit properly & looks different from all others. It whistles with inhalation, can’t sleep so, I loosen the latch to make it stop and the air sounds are much louder, now I have freq. leak messages. I’ve been told twice now that I’m not eligible for a new one til AprilSo I guess they just don’t care about fixing a problem. Todays “coach” told me that there wasn’t any mention of a replacement ordered By “coach” #2 I’ll be searching for a new provider. I’m done!

I have had sleep apnea for over 20 years and this is my first complaint. The telephone representatives are not well trained nor do they know much about the sleep equipment they provide. More than once I have received the wrong item and when I call for help I get a promise for the correct item but it never comes. I have gone into the Sequim office and no help there either. I really miss Olympic Oxygen services and their excellent customer service. I have been waiting for over a year for a new machine equal to the one I have, but they want to replace it with an inferior model so I'm still waiting. As a former customer service rep I know what good customer service is. However, today I did talk to a responsible sounding girl so I'm hopeful.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered.....as in "there is none"! I have been trying for 6 weeks to get set up with them for my cpap equipment and no word yet! I have called and called numerous times and no one EVER picks up the phone or calls me back. I have sat on hold for hours trying to get through. Long story short....I will be using another company.
