Have had an extremely noisy transformer for a long while. Could hear buzzing in bedroom at night , and sitting on deck. Very annoying!! Got a message to the Team and when they had a break changed it out for us… what a whisper quiet unit we now have. Thanks Logan and the boys… you made our life better!!

Due to some credit card instants I ended up getting a past due notice and it ended up getting shut off, I called and talked with Shane and they sat on the phone with me as I paid thru the app. They were pleasure, understanding and very helpful. I had my power restored within a few moments. Thank you Shane.
