Pretty funky and cramped but they do have some things I need and the prices are fairly reasonable.

Becky is patient and very knowledgeable. She spent almost an hour today setting up a new Samsung Galaxy with Consumer Cellular. They would not let me into my 3 year old account so she talked to their rep and got it cleared up.Thank you thank you!!!

Becky (behind the counter) was so rude and obnoxious that instead of buying anything we left in disgust. DO NOT GO unless you want to have you day ruined!! What was funny she was bragging about being in business 48 years but with her attitude it will be closed by the end of 2023!

We were visiting Sequim from out of town and were surprised to see a Radio Shack, so we went inside to check it out. Upon entering the woman immediately asked what she could help us find without even greeting us first. We explained that we were visiting and that we didn’t know Radio Shack still existed anywhere, so we wanted to look around. Her answer to this was very rude and shocking to us. In a very terse tone she said, “ well, remember this is a store, not a museum so make sure to shop not just look.” That made us feel we were not welcome to look around since we didn’t have a specific thing to buy. We may have found something we wanted or needed but instead we left immediately. It was a very uncomfortable experience and a poor way for a business person to interact with potential customers.

I was interested to know that there was a Radio Shack still in businessIt is independently owned. I went in there in 2020 and got a HDMI cable thereI would recommend going there if you need parts for your electronics or for the nostalgic vibe…. But don’t bug the employees too much about how this store is still in business. They get that a lot.But yes, there is a Radio Shack in Sequim still open

Was looking for a phone I can use with my Consumer Cellular server. THANK YOU THANK YOU Ms Becky, for helping & providing the best customer service that I have had in too long of a time! Becky DID the whole process of transferring my old driven over cracked phone to a wonderful easy to use phone. It was a pleasure & I' ll probably be back to buy one of your radios too. A total pleasure& I will share?

Really poor customer service and very unfriendly. I bought a headset for my computer. I didn't notice until I got it home that the box had previously been opened and there was a long blonde hair on the headset (ew). The headset wouldn't work. When I went in to return it - no smile, no hello just matter of fact what do you want. When I told him it wouldn't work, he tested it and said it worked fine and it must be my computer. Well, the item did not work for me. He said I could return it for a 10% restock charge. I wasn't about to pay that for something that would not work for me. I pointed out they it had probably been returned before and he scanned it and said it had not. I guess I'm supposed to think that someone had opened the box, put a hair in it, and then re-taped it. Right.I get they have their policies but this guy was extremely unfriendly and didn't at all try to help solve the problem or be nice about it. The funny thing is, I'd have gladly bought something more expensive if that option had been available without the restock fee. I try to shop locally but for electronics I'll just go online where return policies are easier and with better customer service. I'll never step foot in this place again. I don't know how they stay in busines with such horrible people skills.ADD: Nice of your to respond. Suggested customer service training: "oh, I'm sorry it didn't work for you, I'd be glad to credit you if you'd like to exchange it for something else"

Customer service left much to be desired. Walking up I glimpsed the store had a sign saying masks were required, and so I pulled my mask out as I entered. As I'm coming through the door with my mask IN MY HANDS about to put it on, the older guy working there snapped at me "put on your mask BEFORE you enter!". He continued to be surly even after I had my mask on and was concluding my business there. To be clear, this is NOT about masks or the mask policy, and I get that people are concerned about covid and that there's weird tensions in the USA about masks. I'd not give it a 2nd thought if he asked politely (or even normally). But if staff are going to behave rudely to customers over such a minor detail, then I'm just going to assume they don't need my business. Maybe he had a bad day, maybe this was some "flex" of local mask politics, or maybe he's always that way. I don't know which, but customer service is one of the few natural advantages small business has over big retailers. If they want the store to thrive, I hope the owner/management takes this to heart in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff I needed to buy an adapter, but they actually sold me apart to fix my old adapter saving me at least 15 bucks. Thanks!
