Bought an older 90's car site unseen and am an international buyer. Talked to Rocha about the car and told them I would buy it and asked them to hold it for me until I can wire the funds in a few days and they said no need to send deposit just pay in full and they would wait for funds. I know it can be hard for dealers to want to hold something for out of town buyers when they can just sell locally - more of a hassle for them and unreliable buyers. They held it for me and kept their word and the car was exactly as presented and they helped me with a temporary permit to drive it home which was a plus. The only issue was that the A/C did not work and I had to drive it in record heat home LOL - hotbox yoga without the yoga part. Easy fix...just needs to be recharged and can do it myself so no big deal....old car so not everything can work! Great guys to deal with...buy with confidence. Thanks everyone at Rocha.

On a Tuesday evening my husband found Rocha Family Auto Sales online, and looked at available used cars. We saw the exact model of Nissan we were hoping to find so I immediately sent an inquiry. We literally heard back from Matthew within an hour. Figuring it was an automatic reply (which it was NOT; Matthew had responded that quickly!) I decided to follow up in the morning. Wednesday, Mitchell set us up for a test drive that day when we got off work. We loved the car. ALL the history and information was in the vehicle, which we really appreciated and perused during our test drive. We worked with Michael Rocha who did all the preliminary paperwork. On Thursday, Mitchell finalized all the paperwork and financing, and we drove away with a fabulous used car that meets all our needs.
This is a remarkable team of professional, kind, forthright (and fun!) dealers. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Many thanks to Matthew, Michael, and Mitchell!

I went in to purchase a specific vehicle that I was interested in. Throughout the process I didn't feel pressured on buying anything. Mitch was the gentleman to help me and ended up finding me something on the lot that I didn't even know was there, that fit my needs way more than the other vehicle I was looking at. I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future and will recommend family and friends. I love my new vehicle and enjoyed the experience of buying it. Purchased a vehicle from Rocha Family Auto Sales about 2 weeks ago. No new or unexpected issues with the used car purchase.Came 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Experience was painless. Even though I kept the guys waiting with a 45 minute thorough inspection and test drive, there was never any pressure and they even helped me with some of the inspection items that needed a 2nd person (brake lights, turn signals, etc)Was able to drive away with a fantastic car with an unbeatable price. Recommended.

I gave it 2 stars for the number of times I was let down by these guys. I took my sister to buy a car there. They said was available. They let her check it out, then proceeded to tell her it not for sale. My bad. Took my employee there to buy a car. Would not start with out a jump. Ran great no check engine lights radio didn't work. Agreed to buy the car when they got a new battery and radio fixed. 7 days later after no calls or communication what so ver We finally called to see. And was told it is no longer for sale.

Great experience buying my car from them and referred a friend to buy from them only to hear they are struggling to get tag and title because their is no registration and dmv has no record of the care being sold at all. REALLY??? She informs me when talking to Rocha she keeps getting the run around as if they are stalling. I am a man held to his word and my word is normally gold. So when I refer someone to anyone it is not done lightly. Her experience with them has embarrassed me and made me look like a liar.

Ok, I had posted a fairly negative review because the car I had bought from them had had a broken spring which made it unsafe to drive, and at first it sounded like they had no intention of working with me on fixing it. But now from a more recent conversation it sounds like they will reimburse me in full for the broken part and its installation. Give the business a try, they will work with you and they care about their customers and reputation!

Wow! What a great and painless experience. We bought an incredible car with the help of Mitch. He was so accommodating (to the point that he came in to finalize our deal on a holiday). We could instantly tell these were trustworthy people. He walked us through the whole process and answered every silly question we had without a blink. Great guy and we will be back.
