Based on the reviews, Sequim Ace Hardware is a nice Ace store with a classic, nostalgic feel, just like the old Ace Hardwares from back in the olden days. The staff is incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, providing personal service and small town attention that is hard to find anymore. The employees are great; they are always smiling and know their stuff, going above and beyond. An associate even followed a customer to the car to retrieve a shopping cart to help a handicapped spouse. While the deals are what the deals are, and they may not always have the absolute lowest price in town, the trade-off is well worth it. There are lots of products in a small footprint, with an amazing selection. The store has always had everything needed to complete a project. It is the perfect place for those who value great community service over big-box store coldness. The welcoming, local atmosphere makes every visit a pleasant one, and the owners appreciate the good inventory of quality products.

I was looking for a particular tool to clear brush. They weren't sure about a few things (their tech is out for a few weeks) but they called an expert at another store and figured out how to get me what I needed. Very impressive and good support.

This is a nice Ace store. The employees are great. Most times when I go there is a lady named Heidi who goes out of the way to help me find things. Always smiling and knows her stuff.
