Sequim Goodwill is a large, well-organized thrift store that provides a convenient shopping experience. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making visits pleasant. Customers appreciate how easy it is to donate items; they can simply pull up during collecting hours, load their donations onto an attendant’s cart, and leave without hassle. The store is open every day, making it simple to drop off donations whenever needed. While the donation attendants may seem indifferent at times, their efficiency is valued by customers who find the process hassle-free. However, some visitors have noted that the store does not allow trying on clothes, which can be inconvenient. Prices at the store have become higher recently, with some items costing more than their original retail prices, leading some to feel that shopping there is only worthwhile if looking for something specific. Despite this, many enjoy supporting the store to help others and see it as a good place for decluttering. Overall, Sequim Goodwill is a friendly, organized, and accessible thrift store that serves the community well, although prices and policies may vary.

Store itself is great. Very friendly staff. The donation workers are hit and miss. Sometimes they are happy and sometimes they’re not.
