I wasent aware that I couldn’t try on clothes. This only Goodwill store I have ever been in that doesn’t let you. No one has time to go home try then bring back if they don’t fit. To me it’s a big inconvenience. Clean store nice staff.

I give this Goodwill 5 stars because when it comes to making donations it doesn't get any easier: pull up during the collecting hours, turn off vehicle, load up the attendant's cart, and leave.
Sure, the attendant isn't a chatty Cathy, and I'm okay with that; I don't know where the attendant is at in life; maybe it's not a good day for them, maybe they're in recovery, but they are there doing a job; so, good for them, and it's not my place to take it personally. The attendants may not say thank you to me, but neither do my cats and that doesn't stop me from feeding them.
I could probably have a dead body in a donation bag and it would go unnoticed by the attendant; I would never do that of course, but that's just an exaggerated example of how hassle-free it is to make donations and that's what I want!
While they don't take furniture, I don't pull up to find signs saying certain items aren't accepted that day, like at local thrift stores, and they're open every day of the week for donations, unlike local thrift stores that are open 3 to 4 days a week with odd or varying hours.
I don't care about the prices or if the staff is rude -- this is Sequim, the end of America, where high prices and rudeness come with the territory.
Looking forward to more decluttering and using Goodwill to take the useful items off my hands to get into the hands of others!

Accused me of stealing and called the cops. No idea what was going on. Guess the management smokes crack. After spending thousands upon thousands at goodwill the last few years. I am done. Redicules. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

It’s a goodwill. So they take your donations and make money under the guise of providing jobs.

Good variety of things to look through and decently priced

Overpriced. Never anything good. Mostly overpriced junk.Rude folks when you want to donate, they just stand there and watch you struggle. You ask them how they are doing, and just get a rude reaction back. Same at Port Angeles.I'm going back to local small thrift stores. So tired of donating a ton of nice stuff and getting treated like trash.

I visited the Sequim Goodwill while I was on vacation as I try to do in every city I visit. What a nice big store. Everything was organized and the checkout person was great.

The prices here are still rather high, despite being out of the pandemic. The customers are still rude, the books are unsorted, aside from being in their respective sections (what are those $15 per hour wages for, if not better work). And there are still (at best) two cashiers on duty at any given moment. And, when you drive up to donate, one has to have a thick skin, as the attendant is rather bitter and sharp tongued

WAY overpriced!!! People shop at Goodwill to buy used goods that are AFFORDABLE and recently their prices just keep getting higher and higher! $50 for a well used jacket? Ridiculous!

Absolutely the most over priced goodwill! I thought Goodwill was supposed to be cheaper due to they literally get all their stuff for free from donations. Needless to say this is the worst Goodwill I have ever been to. Would not recommend

Whoever prices the items here should get fired. Way too high. Staff is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.

The only good thing about the Sequim Goodwill is it's location. Not only are they way over priced but the employees are extremely rude they talk down to people. God forbid if you decide you aren't going to buy anything because then they treat you like you are shoplifting. I've never been treated so bad just because I didn't find anything I I liked. I've spent hundreds probably thousands of dollars at this same exact store over the years but after today I will not be going back to the Sequim location.

Like the others they are getting more expensive. I saw some items that were more expensive than the original retail price. It's almost not worth going there unless you just need something you can't find other places .

My husband and I, we decided to generously give nice things to the Goodwill in Sequim. We were refused by a disgruntled old man, he worked there.. We were there prior to the non donation taking time, they were too lazy to take the nice and generous donations. We got screamed at, that's what you get for trying to be generous?
