We always have the best experience here! The staff is so knowledgeable and efficient. No matter the situation they are always able to help/explain to us what's going on. Yes, they can get busy with limited staff if you go at peak times - but they are a small business that deserves patience and support, especially with the A+ service.

The lady is so rude and won't explain why the address that I confirm at check out is not relayed to the dmv that is supposed to send the tabs. 2 years in a row they have failed to deliver good service and have impossible hours to show up during because of their limited available hours and regular persons work schedule!

The people here are extremely friendly, expedient, and professional. You hear so many dmv horror stories but the Sequim location is laid back and chill. Plus they have great decorations! Tip: They only take cash or check so come prepared.

Absolutely poor service. Went there to update titles for three vehicles. The single attendant was not in the office. Apparently she was doing some flooring shopping. When she did arrive, she was simply rude. First she was upset that we were doing three titles when she was the sole attendant. Next, she contradicted us at every point. Finally, we simply demanded our paperwork back. When we did, she simply ignored our request and started highlighting a bunch of fields on a form we were to fill out. She did so at a speed that was incomprehensible. We demanded our paperwork again and when she handed it to us we left. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Note: while the place gets four stars, look at all the recent reviews. This place has serious problems! Avoid it at all costs. Go to Port Angeles, or Port Townsend instead.

There was only 1 employee able to cover the "window". I didn't want to return at a later time, even though there was a long wait. It took 40 minutes for me to get the registration that was only paid for. It was at that time the 2 employees realized they needed to occasionally ask if anyone was waiting to pick up registration since the window person wasn't required for the 30 seconds to pass the registration over the counter. It was all OK. But it's not easy for the employees when there is only 1 person able to handle all of the transactions in Sequim. The person at the "window" did a very good job taking care of all of the problems presented to him.

Always not a favorite thing to do for most anyone.
But the Sequim Licensing Depot has been dialed up with the customer service and knowledge that should be the model example for this industry!
Not easy to deal with the interesting paperwork and stories that come their way, but they will handle things with respect for the situation.

This use to be the best DOL around. Not anymore. The young man who works there is VERY rude. I didn't have all of the information I needed, and instead of informing me what I needed he was rude and belittled me. Will NOT be going back there. EVER.

Was cussed out by the man who works in there and told to leave unless I wanted to fight. Turns out he's the owners son. Embarrassing for a business to operate that way

When to Penny's nails to have my wife get a pedicure was parked and a guy in a black Ford pickup parked up against my passenger door so close that our mirrors almost hit. Asked the guy who I later found out worked the license depot ti move over and replied this was his parking spot again I told him to move over so the door could be be opened, then in a heated discussion he moved. As he started on he way to the Depot he then harassing me into a fist fight as he approached my vehicle. After walked to the office a white haired woman came out and wrote down my license plate number and returned to the depot. Can't imagine the type of service one could get inside that place! That guy has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with public!

Fast and Friendly service , even took the time to explain how to order the many specialty plates they offer ! Very convenient they do only take cash or check tho , but they also have an atm there if your bank isn’t close by .
