I would say the only downside is some of the people working there don't seem to know the inventory or some of the herbs but that's to be expected and they always kindly do their best and often will go get the owner to double-check which I appreciate! Thank you for good customer service and for keeping the prices as low as possible! The owner is so knowledgeable, I love to learn from her!!! Will be back many times more :)”
