Very nice ATM outside. It’s one of if not the only walk up ATMs in Sequim. It doesn’t take your card so you don’t have to worry if you accidentally enter the wrong pin. It was quick and smooth process getting my cash out for shopping. It’s also attractive looking, too, charming stone.

Awful Place to Bank. Saw first hand when in the branch how bad management treats their own employees. Went in there thinking of moving to a smaller bank and decided real fast to not walk in the doors anymore.

Terrible terrible bank, I run an electrical company in Sequim and to see this poor management facility in Sequim is a disgrace to our community! I ask to open a business account and get asked 21 one question just for that person to have me talk to someone else and the management can’t even help me with a simple business banking explanation then it seems like they feel entitled by being rude to there staff and say it’s there fault. All I wanted to do was open a new back account to have my money protected do better! Would get 0 stars if I could and I will be letting every contractor know about my experience

The staff is friendly but no one really seems to have a good handle on the systems or procedures. Seems like every time I go in they need to call someone at another office or ask a coworker how to do something, which makes things take even longer.
