I went in for a perm with loose curls and my hair is a literal haystack mess even after a week of deep conditioning. I don't think they knew how to work with fine Ginger type hair like mine. I also paid for a haircut but she didn't really cut my hair at all. Seriously it's a big mess and now I need to go somewhere else to have it fixed. They're very nice people though.

Xochitl does the best highlights! and I've been getting highlights for 30 yrs at some of the top salons in the Bay Area. The cuts last and last - even with my crazy curls. Does a great job on my husband's long hair. Shop is immaculate. Everyone is very nice. So happy ^_^Services: Haircut
