HANDSDOWN, THE ABSOLUTE BEST QUALITY STORAGE UNITS / SERVICES FOR THE BEST PRICES ANYWHERE!!! Climate controlled, excellent security, extremely clean and zero issues with critters!!! Plus, they always answer the phone even after hours or are great with calling you back. They have extended hours compared to other facilities. They have portable carts and dollies for customers to borrow onsite. Plus, the people who run this facility are truly just amazing people who go above and beyond for their customers. I'm surprised with how much you get for the price that you pay! I'm the type who travels for quality and because of all that they have to offer, I will drive hours for this place.

I could not be happier with this place. Dwight, the owner, is genuinely an amazing human being and so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Dwight went out of his way to help me out in my situation, on top of just running his business very well. He makes everything super easy from tour to move-out.
The facility was always super clean and well-maintained. Even the oldest buildings there look immaculate. I think the dirtiest I ever saw the place was a single leaf in a hallway one time.
They also have security cameras covering every inch of the place, so it always felt very safe. You have to enter your code (unique to each tenant) at the main gate, and then again if your unit is indoors. My only negative I would say is sometimes I'd have to press hard or multiple times on the keypad for building C but I wouldn't knock a star for that.
There's a high-quality dolly and hand sanitizer at every door.
The rates are super reasonable too, of course!
I really am super grateful to Dwight and cannot recommend him enough. I only rented for a short time (about 4 months) but I had nothing but positive experiences. If I ever need a storage unit in/around Shelton again, I will absolutely be back. Thanks again, Dwight!

Just before moving to this area we got two units here so that we could transition our move a lot easier and the owner is super nice! The units are well kept and no rodent issues at all since he’s taken measures to keep them out! The gate is secure so I felt comfortable leaving our stuff here in storage for several months. When we need, we will definitely be choosing this place again! I did have one photo of the inside of a unit and it was clean and smelled good inside! This location also fits a 26’ U-Haul but you do have to be careful of course around the turns of the buildings. I just took them real wide to be safe.

I recently packed up my home of 28 years in Oregon and moved to Washington. I did not have a new home yet so I started to look for a storage company to hold all of my precious valuables. After looking at multiple places, most of which made me cringe, I came across A Better Solution Storage in Shelton. If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! It is extremely well maintained, secure and clean. The owner was great, very hands off but when you need something he is right there to help; he even gave me a recommendation for movers in the area that I used and they were great! You absolutely can not go wrong choosing this facility!!

I've been renting from A Better Solution Storage for a few months now and it has been a great facility. Well lit, securely fenced, cameras everywhere and very clean. I always feel safe when I'm there and the customer service is excellent!

Good storage have been with them for almost a year now. Only thing that would be cool is for the gate entry to be open a little later then 8pm

We moved from Portland Oregon to Union, WA and stored all our household items at A Better Storage Solution in Shelton Wa, with Dwight. The facilities are brand new, easily accessible from 101, clean and well lit. Love that they also have interior climate controlled spaces, and RV storage. Dwight was so easy to work with and a really great communicator. Moving in our 60's was a lot of work especially while still working full time jobs. Dwight made it so much easier and less stressful and it was a comfort to know our belongings were well secured within their spaces. Highly recommended.

If you're going to go with a storage unit, Better Solutions storage is the way to go. The storage unit is brand new, it's clean, it offers excellent amenities to their customers, and has got environmental controlled units. This place smells clean, and the staff is so friendly and supportive to their customers. The prices are very reasonable also for the space that you get.
I have to give these guys a 5-star review. Definitely go with this storage place! A+++ for customer satisfaction and services :)
