I needed some rock chip repairs. When I call to inquire pricing, the owner Kurt was very friendly. A few minutes later I decided to call back and use their service because of the pleasant phone call and advice that I received. He said that he just had a cancellation so I was able to get in the next morning. He said he tries to get everybody in by the next business day. I was told three repairs could take up to an hour and a half. Two repairs took them about 30 minutes! Apparently they have had issues updating their Google page, so I did not realize that the place was in Shelton and not Olympia. I called right when they opened to let them know that I was going to be late because of this and they were very accommodating. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and started working on my car right away. Very happy with my service and will use this business again!

They people inside were very friendly, but they took some of the paint off the plastic inside my old truck. Gotta get it fixed now.

Amazing! Excellent customer service, assistance over the phone, friendly and personable. We drove from Gig Harbor to Shelton to have our boat windshield replaced because our experience was better than we we had experience with a local company. Did as they said, finished before they said,and for less than quoted. Will use again and highly recommend to everyone!!!

Extremely fast! I was in and out in an hour and they did an exceptional job. They did such a good job cleaning up the glass, I feel like I owe them for a car detail.

These guys are awesome.
Not only do they do great work, but they are straight up with you. They give you their appointment times that are available, and they hold to it.
Great Great local place to get your windshield or any window repair done for that matter.
I really hope they stick around for many years to come.
I go through at least 2 windshields a year.

Had 2 seperate vehicles windshields replaced. The over the phone quote/scheduling was super easy. They were very good at explaining options & were so forthcoming/didn't push add ons, very refreshing! Not what I experienced with others. They completed the replacements so quicky. Actual cost.was less than quote and both were much lower than the big companies in Olympia & national chains. Highly recommend!!!!
