I like going to AMPM cuz they have pretty good deals on their food and other items that they sell also you can get your gasoline there also the people that work there are super cool and they will work with you if you don't have enough money to buy your coffee and stuff like that sometimes just as long as you don't make it a daily habit also there's only place open late at night and I have the ampm app where you can get free stuff on too which is pretty cool

This is a decent place. The place was very clean well stocked and the employees were very friendly and respectful. All in all great example of how a business should be operated.

Incredibly rude lady behind the counter, had to ask multiple times for a bag for my purchases before being acknowledged, she then slammed half my purchases into a bag, left the other half sitting on the counter then back to ignoring me again. After several more attempts at getting her attention she says "I heard you" but didn't make any effort to bag the remaining items for another 10-15 seconds. When she finally got around to bagging them she again slammed my purchases into a bag and still left items on the counter, said there you go and marched away like doing her job was somehow a major inconvenience to her

Good store, good location off freeway. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean. I give it 3 stars not because of all that... For that, they'd get 5. But since I drive a 1 ton diesel work vehicle, they lose 2 stars. Not only do they price their diesel at 5.99 a gallon, when using debit or credit, they limit it to only $100. That's laughable and not worth my time to even stop when it only gives me less than a half tank. I only visit them now to grab a quick bite... I fuel up on the Chevron on highway 3... Or further down 101 westbound.

Posted below is another complaint from 2 years ago calling out Corrina for having the worst customer service I have ever seen, on multiple occasions, which is prompting this review. Clearly nothing was improved as a result of whatever action the owner took in response. For my part in this, I was making a purchase using the app, Corrina was telling me the loyalty program didn't work, and I would have to pay full price. Now, this is the second occasion that Corrina was rude to me about the price of a product. The last time, she tried to refuse to sell me the product at the shown price, and we argued in front of other customers, she ended up making the adjustment to the price, and rudely told me it wouldn't ever happen again. She also ordered the other employee to take the pricing display down, which confused me, that seems like a suspicious act. When I came in today, the price of the product, a 4 pack of Vuse pods, was displayed at the price of what it was before she took it down after the last incident. Bemused by this development, I attempt to purchase them at that rate. This time, she tells me the loyalty program isn't working, and I'll have to pay full price. I'm thinking "what is with this lady and her pricing on these pods, she does not want to sell these at the displayed price..." Having had the previous experience, I asked her to show me what she saw on the screen that said the loyalty was down. Corrina rudely told me "no". I got out of the line, re-download the app to try and see if that would fix anything, and still she wouldn't even take 3 seconds to try and scan my app again, being aggressively rude at this point. She pointed to the screen and said "I told you the app is down but you won't listen." I asked her to adjust the price to the displayed amount and she refused, even though that action commonly happens in retail sales. Another employee tried to step in to help and Corrina was rude to her also, refusing to let the other employee, an orange haired female, help me instead. Why would she do that? Why not let an employee make a customer happy? I an suspicious but powerless. She then told me to leave, so I expressed my displeasure in an animated fashion and left without my purchase. I will be calling corporate on Monday because Corrina is a terrible representative of AMPM. The review from 2 years ago was answered by "the owner", I hope the message I am sending is clear, Corrina is beyond re-training and beyond reprimand. She is rude on purpose any time she has to deal with anything she doesn't want to, and that's the best case scenario. Her actions today make me think she is scamming somehow. Why didn't she let the orange haired girl help me? I now feel I cannot go to AMPM because Corrina might be there. Please fire her and let me know when I can go back. Thank you for your time. Alan Jr.

The employee Karina was beyond rude and unhelpful. If I was to give the employer any advice I'd get rid of any unhealthy employees that are incompetent to customer service.I don't want to come back.
