The price was reasonable and the staff was somewhat friendly, but they did not fully fix what I took my old truck up there for. I knew the neutral safety switch was out (my reverse lights weren’t working) and they replaced it, but sent me home with only one light working. They HAD to have seen that before saying my vehicle was ready. Gotta find another shop for the rest of the work I want done.

I finally found a place where I feel heard! Seen! Believed! They are a great team and very knowledgeable. They communicate easily by the means that works for you. They use great software that lays out the estimate details and cost and all I had to do was pick and choose what I wanted them to do and decline the rest. When I had questions, I called and spoke to them directly. The customer service has always been top notch. My 2015 Acura is brand new again! The sounds are normal now, the rough ride is now smooth. I drove off so happy! I'm still smiling!
I have used them for the last 2 years and won't go anywhere else. Number 1 in my book.

They got my truck in right away with no wait. The only delay was ordering parts needed but that is very understandable. I have never had a problem with anything they have worked on yet and they have an incredible warranty to go with the work. I will continue to use Browns Garage for those items I am not willing or able to tackle. Thank you.

I took my S-10 to Browns garage to have the lowering kit installed and they did an amazing job plus they installed a new fuel pump and did all this in a very timely manner.
Thank you Browns Garage I will be a repeat customer. The workmanship is awesome and the price is reasonable.

Brown’s helped us out in a big way. They fixed a ton on our old Ford van. It was very rusted and they were able to rescue it and keep it running for us. We’re so grateful!
