We have only had 1 experience so far with Ferrellgas, but it was a good experience. We just purchased a home and my husband was doing some routine maintenance outside. When he removed the box partially covering the connection into the house, he smelled gas. I immediately called Ferrellgas and reported the leak. Chay was out within the hour. Confirmed we had a small leak and fixed it without any problems. He then checked everything else out to make sure there were no other issues. He was polite, professional, and knew his job well. It was a pleasure working with him.

They filled our propane tank (hundreds of dollars) and checked for leaks. We continued smelling gas. They came out again and fixed a couple leaks but we continued smelling gas and ran out of propane in less than 5 months which should have lasted at least 2 years, and red tagged the lines. The tank itself still has some propane in it and free of leaks.

We had terrible service from AmeriGas so signed up with Ferrellgas. We even put an auto device on so we did not have to check the tank when needing a refill. Well we ran out of propane yesterday…on a Saturday which was a day before a holiday so no service until at least Monday. Not sure what is going on with this company but we are not pleased to say the least. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

The driver was very friendly and helpful for our first fill. He even performed a free leak check on the system for us. I've been impressed with this company and will continue to use them for our propane fills in the future.

The customer service people are very helpful and make it easy to work with them. The delivery was on time and a receipt was left on my door so I could see how many gallons it took to fill and what the price was. All good! I recommend Ferrell Gas.
